A day at sea! The first time today I was behind the wheel of a motor boat and I had lots of fun! We hung around on the boat for hours which was great to just relax. Normally when I relax my mind goes into overdrive and I think of everyday life stresses but today I didn't. I am proud of myself for closing those boxes in my mind for a day.
