i have thoughts about the fact that janus consciously chooses to rise up, even though he's clearly unused to it and doesn't have to, considering virgil still just pops in even though he has cemented his spot as a light side. it's as though despite the fact that he's still being antagonistic, he's consciously doing things that will make the rest of the sides let him in more, to see him less as 'the villain'. he's an asshole, but he wants to be accepted REAL bad.

idk if i wanted to say this bcs im scared! but! unpopular opinion: its ok to hate lu guang! like ik some people r gonna say that nobody ever said that lg cant be hated, but i saw a person getting pqrt'd bcs they said they were slightly frustrated at lg, or smth like that. and tbh that gave me flashbacks to my previous fandoms that are toxic... i dont want link click to end up like that!!

lu guang is the character that makes us question our morals. which is great. he's our protagonist, but he also does things that are "evil" to save cxs. i remember someone saying he's amoral. i agree. and its ok to support him.

but it's also ok to despise him after a certain answer from a recent interview that . it depends on every person. i have to admit, i also despise him a little.

in a recent interview, the director (i believe) said that changing the timeline caused emma's ending and ltc's appearance to change.

perhaps this is bcs i was thought it this way, but bcs ltc appearance changed, it implies that it affected qian jin, chen bin, liu min, etc to change too. (i was thought event 1 can become the cause to event 4, 5, etc... maybe thats also the butterfly effect? idk!)

now i want to focus on emma's ending. if emma dying is caused by lu guang changing the timeline, its normal to be mad at him! heck, maybe u might even hate him. like i imagine being in emma's parents' shoes. imagine someone one day reveals that a guy who changed the timeline for their lover caused ur daughter to die, i'd be so mad! yes, its unintentional. but as a human, it's normal to get mad at him! how dare u change the point in time where my daughter's fate will change?

also, he should be aware of that drastic consequence. OK ILL STOP NOW.

but also also, again, its ok to still support him. This is coming from a person who personally likes vein. who even likes vein? hes a villain who is a lot more fucked up than we think! meant to be hated! hahaha.

also.. for the ppl who think im writing this bcs lg (?) killed vein and i like vein, i expected vein to die actually.. he's way too strong for season 1 and 2 cxs and lg to stay alive HAHAHA. i always wondered why he never came after them in this tl if he is alive? so my conclusion was that he mustve died or broke his legs or smth idk. him being revived makes sense why he doesnt go after them by s1 and s2. BUT THATS ANOTHER STORY ILL TALK ABT IN A DIFFERENT POST PERHAPS 😭😭 im getting sidetracked SORRY

Breach’s rebellion wasn’t just an act of defiance—it was a self-destructive war fueled by grief, psychosis, and the belief that he had nothing left to lose. His borderline personality disorder (BPD) and psychosis had already twisted his perception of the world, making him see Valorant as an oppressive force rather than an ally. But the real breaking point came when Solstice, a close friend, was injured and kidnapped by Zavi. That moment shattered him. If Valorant wouldn’t save Solstice, he would—no matter the cost.

The Descent into Chaos

Consumed by rage, Breach turned against the Protocol. His rebellion escalated quickly, culminating in a vicious fight against Rewind and Thalia on a bridge. Outnumbered and overwhelmed, he refused to back down. In a final, reckless act, he detonated himself, blowing apart the battlefield.

But death didn’t claim him. Viroxyn, an experimental substance, replaced his blood flow, keeping him alive but leaving him in constant agony. The process permanently changed him—his once aqua-blue eyes now a piercing yellow, a mark of what he had become. Fueled by grief, power, and psychosis, Breach launched his final attack. Wielding a radiant-powered RPG, he blew up the Protocol, leaving nothing but devastation in his wake.

Losing Daliah & The Spiral into Depression

Just when he thought he had nothing left to lose, he lost Daliah, his adopted daughter—the only person who ever made him feel like he could be more than his anger. Her death broke him completely, sending him into a deep depression. The fire that fueled his rebellion burned out, leaving only emptiness. There was no more fight, no more revenge—just the crushing weight of everything he had done.

With Breach finally vulnerable, Brimstone, Skye, Chamber, and a task force apprehended him. But captivity didn’t mean redemption. He sat in silence, a shell of his former self, drowning in guilt and self-loathing.

The Suicide Attempt & Sova’s Intervention

Eventually, he escaped again, but this time, there was no grand rebellion, no explosions—just a man ready to end it all. He wrote a note, stood on the edge, and prepared to jump. But Sova found him before he could go through with it. In that moment, Sova didn’t fight him, didn’t tell him he was forgiven—he just told him that if he jumped, everything Daliah stood for would be gone, too.

And for the first time in a long time, Breach hesitated.

The rebellion was over. But his story wasn’t.
