wait hey hold on. were there multiple heroes of truth and ideals over time or were they immortal because why is there a 500 year difference between the establishment of the relic castle and the abyssal ruins

First off, Ahhh! My boy is so wonderfully perfect in your style! And you captured his personality so perfectly! I love it, he’s so intimidating but then he turns into a complete teddy bear that can and will probably talk your ear off about pokemon, battling (and battling Emmet), baking or cooking if given the chance. Probably has the subway safety manuals and stuff all memorized because he spends so much time in the battle subway.

He’d definitely sense the discomfort Gene feels about Yveltal would bake or cook him something, he’s aware that Yveltal wasn’t always as mellow and wants to make a good impression with others. He always looks out for anyone that needs help or he’s close to, when you make this big boi angry you’ll see why he’s Yveltal’s hero, his eye will turn blood red and you’ll definitely feel those murder vibes so you better book it (Big Bird is proud of him for being so scary).

After his stay with Xerneas he has a big appreciation for both parts, life and death, he holds them both on equally close to himself as he travels. He’s confident and a great conversationalist but get him off guard by talking about something he likes (or someone lol) and he becomes an excited mess of words and you may need to remind him to breathe.

man though his eyes turning red is so cool, it would totally scare off some of the more cowardly villains if they ever messed with him (rose, archie/maxie, most grunts/admins...) 🤔🤔🤔

I will say he Will have to get in line for that 😂

He might be able to fight the Lysandre from his own world to like, make it a preventative measure though -- just make sure he never does anything like that 🤔

“Why?”

Xiao’s arms hang loosely at his sides as he walks forward, for it is clear that the being before him poses a threat no longer. 

Not-Kalo slumps against the pillar, weary and resigned as he tracks Xiao’s approach with his violet eyes. From up close, Xiao can finally see just how poor of a shape he is in.  His flames flicker low. His visor is split in two. His metallic skin has shriveled. And there are the dimensional rifts that tear at his body, jagged gashes leaking faint purple light. Xiao’s own scars twinge in recognition—the price paid for leaping universes.

Why. Short, to the point. The answer is just as simple: 

“I had to save Adeli.” 

This is all he says, but Xiao can imagine the rest. At last, it makes sense. The old sage had said, collecting the energy from all of your parallel selves would grant you unfathomable power. The power to twist a timeline. Save a world. In every universe, Adeli is destroyed—but if there was the barest sliver of a chance—

“Even if it meant killing your own parallel selves?” says Xiao quietly.

“You said it yourself, we are but versions of the same person. The same likes, the same character, the same dream,” not-Kalo says hoarsely. His breaths come in shallow gasps. “I… am the zhanshen of Adeli.” 

His violet energy has dimmed to almost nothing. Xiao has seen this before. He knows what this means for an Adelian. 

Not-Kalo is still looking up at him, almost as though searching for something. Acknowledgment, recognition. The only reward he can have, now, for the hell he has undergone. “It is an honor to serve Planet Adeli,” he whispers. “And I would die a thousand times over to save her.”

Xiao swallows. Finally finding his voice, he replies, “You cannot make that decision for every version of yourself.” 

“Then it seems even you don’t understand,” is the only answer. With the last of his strength, Kalo tilts his head to the side, letting fall upon his eyes the view of a planet that has not yet met her fated tragedy.

“Adeli,” he murmurs, as the flames fade from his body, “how beautiful.”

“Kalo,” Xiao says, “how far would you go, for the chance to save Adeli?”

“Oh? What brought this up?” His Kalo laughs softly, before turning to look out upon the twinkling lights of Xing sprawled before them. “Adeli is gone,” he says, tone still light, blue eyes wistful. “It doesn’t matter anymore, does it?” 

It’s not an answer. Xiao doesn’t ask further.

I didn't need to learn how to cook because I had people that did that for me, but Corentin likes to cook me special meals and makes stuff for the pokemon at the village so.

Corentin walked into Spikemuth, his Sawsbuck-like leg prosthetics clicking against the concrete, he opted against the uncomfortable gym boots as he was gonna be walking a bit. He changed out his usual gym outfit for something casual, a red and white outfit with a long grey scarf. The dark streets of Spikemuth were very comforting, much like his gym. Most people would have a tough time seeing. He didn't, he could see perfectly. He walked through the streets, hoping he could figure out where Piers was.

From a bit further ahead, a musical sound could be heard filling the air with harmony and buzzing strings from an instrument. A melodious voice- a familiar man's voice- could be heard crooning and echoing against the metal roofwork above the city, only adding to the countertenor of Piers's singing and acoustic guitar.

As Corentin approached, he could see the ex-gym leader, seated on the edge of his apartment's rooftop, thoughtfully playfully music to no one in particular. Suddenly, he pauses in the middle of the song and picks up a sheet of paper, pen in his mouth, looking over some sheet music. As aqua eyes scanned the notes, his attention was then caught by the figure standing below, he raised an eyebrow.

"Aye, can I help ya mate? Gym's closed m'afraid."

She is nothing if not one who finds herself at the mercy of pokemon asking for attention. From ones as small as a Flabébé, to even that of Xerneas-- if it is fussing over or acknowledgment they want, Serena is more than happy to provide, straining or simple. Moreover, the Teddiursa before her-- this is one belonging to a friend; a fellow champion. To reject Winnie's demands would be cruel, yes, but also insufferably rude. And how could the heroine even think to say no, when he is holding his arms up in the air asking to be lifted?

It would take all of her strength to lift the normal-type-- that much, Serena is certain of. He is just over half her size, or so it seems from a glance down, but perhaps three of his own kind with an expected height stacked on top of one another. Still, the blonde crouches down. If her partners in ballet can so effortlessly lift someone close to their own height, with an frustratingly puffed out tutu in the way, above their heads, she can do this. Hands move, settling just under Winnie's arms, ready to spring into action.

"Are you ready?"

And with that, she attempts to lift the Teddiursa up into the air. She cannot hoist him above her head, nor find enough balance to keep him airborne and find her feet, however, it is still quite the distance. It could not be held for minutes on end, not all that stable for one, yet Serena hopes it is enough to bring some sort of happiness to the normal-type. Especially given how she is almost always the one being lifted; not doing the lifting. How she wishes the muscles in her arms were as strong as those in her legs and torso.

"There."
