Firstly, I want to let everyone know that Daylight Savings begins tomorrow in the admin’s timezone, so, if you do not observe this, acceptances will be an hour earlier than you’re used to beginning tomorrow until November. Acceptances will be at 6PM EDT / 7AM KST.

Other than that, I’m back with another admin post before the one planned for our anniversary. I wanted to let everyone know the results of the recent poll regarding activity and schedules, as well as ask for member opinion on some more matters. This admin post does involve another poll, so I apologize in advance for anyone who isn’t fond of those, but you’re welcome not to answer if you would prefer not to!

Poll results

As a result of the majority opinion on the polls, activity checks will now be conducted requiring two posts since the last activity check for points. At least one must be a thread starter or reply, while the other can be a thread post or a solo or headcanon of 400+ words.

One qualifying post, or multiple solos/headcanons but no thread post, since the last activity check will result in a warning.

No qualifying posts since the last activity check will result in removal. 

This system will be implemented beginning with our next activity check on March 19.

Some smaller activity tweaks will come around our fourth anniversary, but for now I’d like to give everyone two weeks to adjust to this first!

Schedules will also now be done quarterly on a trial basis, beginning in April.

Note: I would like to remind everyone to please only vote once in these polls. I make them anonymous so no one feels discouraged from participating, but there was one particular instance that seemed suspicious to me as the same person submitting multiple votes. I didn’t delete the votes since it didn’t change the end result and there’s always a chance this was a coincidence, but I do take note of that kind of thing since I want to make sure member opinion is being reflected accurately!

Soloist positions

Currently, all of our canon soloist positions are open. Recently, there hasn’t been as much interest in soloist positions as group positions, and I understand these positions also often have less in their monthly schedules and are limited in some claims. I’ve also had some people suggest removing these positions and/or sharing that they don’t find the canon soloist positions particularly appealing in the context and limitations of the universe, so I wanted to check if canon soloist positions were something people were still interested in keeping, or if it would be more beneficial to do away with them.

I’m going to keep the positions from reserves being made while I have the poll running that will be linked at the end of this post to see if they should be kept.

If kept, things will proceed as normal.

If majority votes to remove them, the spots will be removed and their music will be opened for points claims. If this happens, muses with past claims related to canon soloist positions (features / music video roles) may choose to either drop the claim all together or switch it to a new claim. (I’d be open to discussing making an exception for some of the past claims rules like past features needing to be in the same company to accommodate this since it would be inconveniencing these muns). Muses with points claims related to canon soloist positions will have the choice to reclaim their points in full or keep the claim as a feature / mv appearance for an undefined song by an outside, NPC soloist with the same achievements and history if they had specific development linked to it. Certain storylines linked to canon soloist positions would be reworked if they’re an important narrative, ex. Dimensions buying out a company in Dimensions Soloist 3′s backstory, BC doing something to distract from the legal situation with the former Lipstick member in BC Soloist 1′s backstory.

Adding to Fuse’s model discography

Fuse is one of the few groups remaining in the roleplay with only one model group in their discography. Their company has stated Red Velvet is aiming for a comeback, but since they haven’t come back in over a year as a full group and don’t have a lot of group activities in recent times for a number of reasons, I’ve been looking into adding to their discography to ensure Fuse can have a comeback this summer. I haven’t found any groups that have really completely stuck out to me on my own, though there are a few possibilities in consideration, so I wanted to throw this out to members of the roleplay to ask who might want to see added / think might fit in the poll. As usual, this is completely optional and you only have to answer if you have any suggestions.

Recent bullying allegations 

I’ve gotten a few questions in the ask box about this, so I apologize for not answering them up to this point, but I was didn’t want to prematurely make any decisions while news was/is still coming out. I’m going to touch base with a few members individually soon, but a public address on any actions taken in response to these allegations will eventually be up.

For now, actor Kim Jisoo and April members Kim Chaewon, Lee Naeun, Yang Yena, Lee Jinsol, and and ex-member Jeon Somin are going to be treated as banned in the interim before I get full member input since they’ve been linked to allegations that raise triggers beyond bullying as well and members have, in similar situations in the past, voiced discomfort with faceclaims involved in those triggering topics. I am aware that parts of these allegations have been officially denied by their companies, but due to the aspects of these allegations being severe and denial being dependent on trusting the word of the company, I wouldn’t find it appropriate to leave those case entirely unaddressed at this time.

I will also ask that anyone interested hold off on applying with other face claims wrapped up in the recent bullying allegations until I’m able to make a complete statement after seeking member opinion. Anyone using a faceclaim who has been or gets wrapped up in such allegations is welcome to contact me to request a faceclaim change out of that faceclaim, even if their waiting period isn’t up yet, though I won’t be specifically asking anyone to change at this moment in time. Model groups are something that will be addressed either personally with muns affected or at a later time if necessary after seeking member opinion as well.

In the poll that will be linked below, I ask for member input on what they would be most most comfortable with regarding the requirements for banning / not banning a faceclaim with bullying allegations against them. I left this open for freeform reply instead of multiple choice since it seemed hard to encompass all guidelines that someone might see as suitable. Note that this is entirely optional, so if you don’t have an opinion or if you’re not comfortable discussing the topic, you don’t have to reply. If you need some time to think, you don’t need to answer right away. This will not be treated exactly as a poll with the most popular answer being the final decision, but instead, as a forum for members to provide their input all in one place so that I can be aware of where members stand. As admin, I’ll use this to help inform the final decision, though not strictly control it.

Superstition Romance Poll Results

On June 23 2020, I opened up a romance poll about the interactive fiction game Superstition by @13leaguestories. I closed it on July 21 2020, so a good month later, and then compiled the results! There are a total of 189 answers. I was really happy to read all of the personal opinions people shared on the survey about the ROs, and am going to share some of them here. The results are under the cut! You'll find the results both in tables and described in text.

The Players' Gender

The first question asked was about the gender of the players. With 118 votes, the majority of people who answered the survey said they are female. 53 people said they are male, and 18 people answered non-binary.

Next I asked about the gender of the main Roe people usually play. A little bit more than half of the voters said they are playing female Roes, 95 votes. 77 people play male Roes, 8 people play non-binary Roes, then there are 6 people playing a trans-female Roe and 3 people playing a trans-male Roe. The gender of the player and their Roe does not have to be the same. There are female players who play non-binary or male Roes, same with male and non-binary players.

The most favourite RO

The most favourite romance so far (mid to end of Season 2) is without a doubt Sydero! 59 of 189 people voted for her as their favourite romance. In second place is Chris with 44 votes. Then comes Zillah with 39 votes, and Rahim with 31 votes. Amari is currently last with 15 votes to her name, which I'd mostly put on us not knowing her for long yet. Her low ranking might also be due to how I asked the questions.

Likely because of the higher number of romance options available to these Roes, the numbers are relatively balanced. Sydero got the most votes here with 16 votes. Chris has 15 votes, Rahim 12 votes, Zillah got 10 votes, and Amari got 4 votes as the most favourite RO in this category.

Second favourite romance for Roes interested in "both"

I only let people who are interested in either men or women choose *one* favourite romance option, and when put against Sydero, Amari so far simply draws the shorter stick. I allowed people who play Roes who are interested in both men and women to pick a second favourite romance option. There, Amari got another 16 votes in total, especially from people who chose Sydero as their most favourite romance. So it's not that she does not have any fans, but so far she is a bit overshadowed by other romance options. Everyone who chose that their Roe is interested in "both" could answer this question. This means there were a total of 57 answers. In this question, 16 people named Amari as their second favourite romance. 10 of these votes are by Sydero fans, another 4 by Chrismancers, and 2 by Rahimancers. No person romancing Zillah as their main named Amari as their second favourite. Zillah got a total of 13 votes here. 5 by Chrismancers, 4 votes by Rahimancers, 3 votes by Sydmancers, and 1 vote by an Amari romancer. Chris got 10 votes. 5 votes by people romancing Zillah as their main, 3 by Rahimancers, and 2 by Syderomancers. No votes by people who chose Amari as their favourite romance. Rahim got 9 votes. 3 of those are by Amarimancers, another 3 by Chrismancers, then 2 by Zillahmancers, and 1 vote by a Sydmancer. Last is Sydero, who got 6 votes as second favourite romance. 3 of these votes come from Zillahmancers, then 2 by Chrismancers, and 1 vote by a Rahimancer. There are 2 people who are only interested in Rahim, and 1 person only interested in Chris.

This question was about whether people romance a character with a high relationship (friendmancing) or a low relationship (rivalmancing). The dynamic of the relationship will change a bit depending on that in the long run. This question only considered the most favourite romance, not the second favourite romance some people could pick. This also does not say anything about whether players have a platonic rivalry or friendship with the other characters. In summary, there is an overwhelming majority of people who friendmance these characters. Out of the 59 people who votes for Sydero as their most favourite romance, 52 people chose friendmancing vs 7 rivalmancers.

I also let people vote for their Roe's current best friend. Out of all, Bradley got the most votes - 70 people voted for him to be their Roe's best friend. With a bit of a gap comes Chris with 46 votes, followed by Amari with 43 votes. Then there's another gap cause Sydero is in fourth place with only 17 votes. After her comes Zillah in second to last place with 10 votes, and Rahim only got 3 votes. Rahim doesn't quite make it easy to warm up to him.

The Forbidden Ones aka The Cursed Romances

Many people have expressed their desire to get to know various characters intimately, and I gave them the opportunity to vote for their biggest desires. This was an optional question, some skipped it. Furthermore, it was possible to select multiple answers in this one and add one additional answer. I won't make a bigger summary out of this and mostly only list the ranking below. But here's the top five: With 53 votes, the most people selected to call the entire question pure blasphemy and to rat me out to Tierra... I can tell you though that a good chunk of these people also selected other options additionally to this one. With 51 votes, the Italian suit wearing fallen angel Azrael is in second place. He only had a short amount of screentime, but his formal attire and mysterious nature must have enchanted a good amount of people. With 44 votes, the beautiful skeleton from the Superstition Season 2 itchio page is in third place! Who can possibly resist its wonderfully coloured bones? Close behind the skeleton is the Prince of Lust, Asmodeus with 42 votes. There is little more to say, he's *Lust* for goodness' sake. But Asmodeus is almost thrown off his place by the curveous Honda Civic with 41 votes. Such a breathtaking lineup!

hello ! wisteria court’s brainchild ( admin j ) here again with another update. as some of you will learn, i’m quite an indecisive person. i love so many things that, at times, it’s TERRIBLY HARD for me to come to a conclusion. as i’ve yet to discuss things with admin l, i figured i’d make a couple of polls to gauge interest in a few ( pending ) opening dates / times, event ideas, & plot / canon character drops ! below, you’ll find a few links to various polls that contain a variety of questions, so if you’d like to voice your vote / opinion & learn more about what’s planned, click on past the read more. thanks !

topic two, as apart of our opening, i’m considering launching an event to get all muses in the same place for one ( 1 ) whole weekend. it would be a wisteria court block party & flower festival ! since spring has officially sprung & the air is perfumed with lovely aromas of suburban flora, this festival has been an annual get-together in wisteria court for over five ( 5 ) years now ! special events / performances are to be organized, the de la garza family will be catering it ( as they have for all 5 years ! ) & spill ! tea shop & café will provide desserts & specialty tea blends for a discounted price ! additionally, rosebud flower shop will have discounted rates for everyday the festival occurs ! think of this as a way for all of the new muses to fully start interacting with one another. there’ll be drama, there’ll be fun, & there’ll more than likely be tons of sex happening, so be sure to bring condoms ! if this sounds intriguing to you at all, click here to vote whether you’d like for it to happen or not !

topic four, i have plans in the works to open up apps / reservations for two ( 2 ) solo pop artists that’ll be announced at the opening block party / wisteria festival. they’ll hold a special performance of their unreleased single to kick things off, as well as some covers from other artists ! adding onto that, i’d like to announce one ( 1 ) band that’ll be signed to the gale-mcvey record label—gm entertainment—as well ! if you want some specifics, the first solo pop artist will be a required black / poc muse who uses the discography of lil nas x for all of his future releases ! pop star number two can be of any ethnicity, & will release troye sivan’s discography as his future releases ! the band will be based on brockhampton ( with an option for its leader to branch off solo based on kevin abstract ) & will include lots of members, lots of diversity, & basically everything this group stands for ! now, for the question: does this sort of narrative appeal to any of you / would any of you be interested in taking up some of these roles, or should they just be kept as npcs ? vote here !

Community spotlight

This month, we have been working on basic back end set up. Login and register systems are currently being built and tested. We’ve had some continuous trouble with our current server, so we’ve found it best for development to move to a new server. We’re currently in the process of shifting everything over - there may be some downtime on the Beast Demo, we will give everyone a heads up on our social media channels when that time comes!

On the topic of the Demo - we are planning some new and exciting usability features for Demo V3. • Link generation for sharing After creating a Beast, a link will be generated. The link will be a url to your creation. You can also import a link from another creation. • Lock and unlock options Options can be locked and unlocked by clicking the lock symbol. This will ensure your option will not change even when clicking randomize. • Shift Special order Shift Special options by moving the arrows. This will change the layering order of Specials without having to choose options again, making it easier to customize.

• Loading animation A simple loading animation to appear before the Beasts image is generated. Some other additions would be an "Age" option which changes the Beasts base to the Young Base or the Grown Base. And the categorization of the Base area and Special Markings area so it's a little easier to tell options apart.

The young bases for the three starter Beasts - Dragon, Griffin and Unicorn have been completed. We are planning to have all Young bases and their 125 colors and the current catalog of Special Markings available for the next Demo V3 update.

The Hybrid bases are being worked on and will be ready for the next demo update - here are the sketches for the young Quetzal, Hippogriff and Kirin!

We’ll have news very soon about when Demo V3 will drop. For now, I can share that work has started on the next Hybrid Beasts. Here is a quick sneak peak.

Every shop you visit in Mythaura is run by a shopkeep. These shopkeepers have their own unique personalities, quests and dialogue. They will interact with you, the player, through dialogue boxes. Some moments will give you different options to respond to the NPC and the NPCs portrait will change to different expressions depending on their mood and dialogue. For example; if a player hands in a completed quest, the NPC portrait will change to a pleased expression. Each character will play a large role within the story and game play.

This month our amazing Tier 3+ supporters on Patreon voted in a poll to choose the first NPC players will interact with on site out of three options. Acting as a tutorial guide, they will welcome the player into the world, introduce them to the currency, explain factions, walk players through creating their first Beast and finally leading them into the full game. This is an early look at the Mythaura “Welcome” NPC!

Next month, patrons will decide on the Quetzal Traveller’s coloring, define their personality, their shop and their name. We’ll have more to share on the NPC system and other characters that will feature in Mythaura soon!

Tier 4 and 5 Patreon rewards have the opportunity to work with the artists to create their own Monsters and Items that will appear in-game. So many pet games have been ruined by multi accounts, botters & scammers. I'd like to know what your policies will be on these since I am wary of investing in another site that doesn't have the staff or motivation to keep a clean playing field for all. - Anonymous

Those are completely valid concerns. As with any multiplayer online game, there will inevitability be those who will exploit it in some way or another. We will take our security and code of conduct very seriously, any player found violating that will be restricted or banned.

How many times can you create a beast from scratch? Only when you first join or are there other ways to do so? (Through an item for example) - Anonymous

You will create your first Beast upon joining Mythaura - a Dragon, Griffin or Unicorn. You’ll be able to choose any of the 125 colors on the wheel to customize their Base, Bottom and Top areas on their bodies. At the moment, this will be the only time you will be able to create a Beast from scratch. We are definitely not ruling out any other options! At this point it’s too early to say for sure.

Will there be a way to keep beasts as their 'baby' forms? - katjoyy

Yes! I realize that some people might prefer the young Beast artworks to their grown versions. There will be a method in the game to keep them from growing up - whether through consumable items or another means.

I know there is crowd funding, but will you be using Kickstarter at any point? I am more familiar with them, as I feel many are, and would rather fund through there (Dappervolk Funded within Hours.. or minuets??) I'd love to know, thanks! - bobbybi

Our first priority before planning the final crowdfunding push is delivering on an alpha and beta. We are 100% focused on building Mythaura the best it can be now and our Patreon is helping out a great deal to reach that goal.  

I love Mythaura so much already, I can't explain it in words! I can't wait to see it reach it's max potential. I just wanted to know if there would be a feeding or age mechanic that would cause your creature to pass on eventually. Thank you so much! Your support means the world  ❤ There will be no death mechanic. We expect players to put a lot of time and effort into customizing their Beasts and it would feel like a waste to have them pass on eventually. Rest easy knowing that your Beasts will be immortal.

We are always open to suggestions! I am actively listening on all our social media channels. I take any and all suggestions to heart and note them down. But if you’re super eager to have your ideas made into reality, Tier 4 and 5 Patreon rewards can have their suggestions made into actual items in-game.

As a long time fan and player of virtual pet games, I can say that we have a number of new ideas we are planning to bring into the genre. Some ideas inspired by other virtual pet games and some inspired by other MMOs. We have some incredibly ambitious ideas planned out that I wish I could tell you about, but we need to see if we can actually build them and get it all working!

For Mythaura specifically - Artists that show pieces with 2D cel-shaded style similar to our own and demonstrate cohesive anatomy for animal-like creatures. Just a couple of their best polished pieces will deliver the best first impression!  For writers, a small section of writing that best showcases your creative flair and perhaps links to your previous works if any. 

For artists, I recommend checking out the Dear Art Director tumblr. It’s helped me out a lot personally when I was freelancing.

Hello, loves! I have informally discussed this in the group chat but, since not all people necessarily are always checking in on that, and some choose not to follow the ooc blog, I decided to make this post here, because this is an important issue that concerns every member.

For a while now I have wanted to do a small revamp for the roleplay, merely because a few of the aspects originally planned for it didn’t work as well as I imagined, and I’ve been wondering if introducing different features would make this a more engaging experience for the members.

And so, however slight the changes I’m proposing here might be in the grand scheme of things, they still might affect your muses and your plans for them, so, of course, I’m running a poll to gauge your opinions, and will only proceed with the majority vote for each item.

1. First general mechanics tweak

The most essential modification I have my eyes on would be in regards to the dynamics of the roleplay. Instead of being thinly linked to the plot by being registered to the Cry Wolf forum, muses would be compulsorily active, public players in the Cry Wolf game, following the already established forum playing device. The game would consist of a contest among willing participants. Players would be assigned tasks to complete within a set deadline (both in character and out of character), not unlike the possibilities the Wolf currently works with. However, instead of playing just against the Wolf, the players would also be competing against one another. Each successfully completed dare would give them a number of points on the competition. Each dare rejected would subtract a number of points from their score, though failures would have no effect. The scoreboard would be updated every sunday.

If you notice this is very familiar to the 2016 film Nerve, that's because it's exactly what we're going for.

2. Second general mechanics tweak

In addition to the Nerve-like scenario, I also want to maintain the classic lying game aspect of the roleplay. For that, in addition to the open dares, we'd also have a shadow dare being delivered to only one muse, sorted at random. The shadow dare receiver would have to complete a mission in complete secret. The mun would be instructed to work the mission into a thread, either pre-existing or new, being granted 2 weeks to complete this challenge. At the end of the round, there would be a poll for muns to vote for who they believe the round's saboteur to be. The saboteur loses if they have the most votes, and wins if not. Every person who correctly guesses the saboteur would be granted a small about of points.

Rejecting the shadow dare would retract a big sum of points. Winning the shadow dare would earn the player that same amount. Failing it would have the character have their damage exposed by the Wolf, in regular exposé fashion.

3. Addition of a point system

These changes would be much more easily enforced if this group were to rely on a point sytem. Muses would be warranted Gameplay Points (GP) for their performance in the Cry Wolf game. In case another item of the poll gets enough votes, they would also be given Social Points (SP), which would be counted by their social media presence. SPs would be a lesser score system, but, at the end of each 2 week round, they could be converted into other advantages in the game.

Points would be counted both individually and per house, with every resident's points amounting to their house's total.

4. IC social media integration

Every muse would be actively engaged on social media accounts, where they could have their reputations impacted, and they would have a space in which they would be pressured to answer to the Wolf. We'd be specifically requiring Twitter and Instagram, in particular.

I want to be clear that, by this, I don’t mean you’d have to set up different social media accounts to roleplay there on top of tumblr, but simply have in-character posts in the format of tweets or instagram posts, given they would be canonically linked to their Cry Wolf profiles.

If points are accounted, every social media post would count towards the player's SP score, with a weekly cap (e.g, you'd be rewarded points for up to 3 posts a week, and anything exceeding that wouldn't earn you any points), to avoid encouraging unnecessary spamming.

5. Confessions blog

Though there was hesitation initially in having a confessions blog, I've decided it wouldn't hurt to have one. For that to work, these confessions would be submitted to the wolf sideblod, and they would be posted only one day of the week (likely sunday). They would be canonically interpreted as anonymous users on the Cry Wolf discussion subforums. They would moderated, so offensive or exceedinly inflamatory asks, as well as ooc ones, wouldn't ever see the light of the day.

With the acceptance of the point system, being mentioned in any confessions would warrant players SPs, and, since they would only be posted once a week, there would be no call for caps.

And these are all the ideas I've come up with so far. Of course, this is only a draft I'm sharing so you guys can decide whether you want them to be incorporated into the roleplay or not. I'd be detailing them further for clarity in case they are voted in, but feel free to send in asks or DMs in case you have questions and concerns.

So please vote on the poll below (it's only viewable on the pc permalink page, as far as I'm aware) and let me know how you feel about these. You can tick more than one box, so please mark down everything you want to see in Cry Wolf. If you want things to remain unchanged, please still send in a vote checking the last option. I’ll be accepting votes until July 9th, 23:59PM GMT. The changes will only be implemented in case over 50% of the roleplay votes for them -- if none are voted in, we’ll keep everything as is. In case only a few of them make it, I’ll be sure to make the necessary adaptations to plans and inform you how that will go.

Also, don’t worry -- this “revamp” would take place with the roleplay still running. So potential applicants and members alike can carry on as usual, no one’s place is at harm.

The Black Book

@balloonarcade I have no idea how I let you talk me into these things, but here you go, chapter one of this terrible crackfic. Believe it or not, it actually has a plot.

Chapter 1

(AN: balloonarcade requested I give her all the lemons I got, so I am going to give her so many lemons she can open up her own lemonade stand, give the lemonade away for free, and still make a profit. If you’re a Catholic, I’ll put warnings up, so you can cover your eyes and scroll past those parts. That way God won’t be mad at you for looking at porn, and burn your house down.)

Drift had gotten his leg stuck in a trap, a bear trap! He tried to pry open the bars, but the trap wouldn't budge! He was stuck. He had only been in there for five minutes, and the Robot vultures were already circling. Those Robo-Bastards wanted to eat his circuits Drift thought furiously. He had to get out of there, before they got any closer!! He struggled to no avail. 

“Nooo!” Drifted cried because it hurt to have something biting your leg, even if it wasn't alive! “I can't die like this! I haven't found out the rest of the plot, and I haven't accomplished my dream, building a giant fort with a water park inside!”

Then gunshots flew near his head, coming so close it nearly kills him, but it only grazed him. “Watch where you're shooting! I am already nearly dead. You don't need to add to that.” Drift shouted madly, his camera orbs glaring at the baka who didn't know how to properly gunsafety!

The shooter was big and red. He was handsome, like Chris Pratt, but a metal guy.

He twirled his still smoking gun in his hand. He raised a superior eyebrow “You should look again. I don't think you'll be perishing anymore.” He said smugly. The mechette looked back at his leg, it was still in the trap, it still hurts, ow. He looked at the sky, the vultures were dead in a circle around him. “How did you shoot them by aiming so close to my head, if they were still in the sky?” Drifting asked confused.

The red stranger rubbed some dirt off his coat, it was space leather. “I'm just that good.” He sneered. “I can shoot anything, upside down, underwater, backwards! I never miss, that's why people call me Straight Shot.” (A/N: This is funny, because he's gay!!)

The gearette looked dubiously at him with his glowing orbs, he couldn’t shoot death, who was a mech named Mortilus here. Drift shook his head, that guy was crazy, but he was undeniably cool. Drift took out his own gun, and shot the trap off his leg. He didn't use it before, because his brother gave him that gun, before being murdered by the evil guy. It had sentimental value, and Robot Vultures eat misery, so they would have eaten his gun. Then he'd have to squeeze it out, and that'd be gross.

The red headed stranger looked at him in disgust. “That was my trap you blew off! I had a key. Now, how am I supposed to catch the evil guy?” He waved his gun around, sexily.

Drift was sullenly, mad. He bet this guy never had to worry about people trying to eat his gun. Drift knew he was only mad, because the red hottie was right, but that only made him madder. He pointed to his holy leg. “Well you can't have liked it that much, if you were just leaving it around! I stepped in it, and now my blood is getting everywhere, It's even on you!!”

The redette really did have it on his hands, he has been caught pink handed.  He snarled back furious “Well, you can't have liked your blood that much if you were just leaving it laying around, like that.” He stormed off behind the big rocks, not the little ones.

Drift wanted to punch him in his stupid, beautiful face, but he was after the evil guy too, that means they had to work together.

Drift had to plug these holes before he got too tired to move. He got out some Hello Kitty band aids and put them on the wounds. He has a lot of them, so he managed to cover them all. The Hello Kitty ones were his favorite (A/N: They are mine too!) He was fine now, and he ran to catch up to the stranger.

Drift ran really, really fast and ran past him, because he was running so fast, so he had to run in reverse for a while until he saw him again. The mystery mech groaned when he saw Drift “What my trap wasn't enough for you? Do you want to shoot my gun too?” He yelled. He clutched his gun against his chest protectively.  Wow, he really cares about his guns, like me. We have so much in common. The Drivette sighed “Look I am sorry, I should have waited, but I was scared of the vultures!”

His amazing face twisted in confusion “The dead vultures?”

The machinette spread his arms wide. “Never mind that look around you! Another day the evil guy is free is another day that our planet is dying! I don't want to move!!!”

The Planet was really dying, it was opening holes under people's feet, so they fell in and got lost, because nobody has made maps of the inside of the world!

The gunmech snorted in silent contempt. “Everyone knows that! I lost my other, other, other, big gun in a huge hole yesterday! Someone should fill them up.”

Drifty wiggled “You get it right! The evil guy is making the holes, so we gotta stop him, before we lose someone important like the president. Let's work together to defeat him.”

The hotmech screamed “No! I will stop him myself! I will, because he killed my brother. I'll get him first, because my reasons are better than yours!!!”

Drift screamed back, but louder “He killed my brother too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

This was so sad the animals stopped making noise, because two dead brothers is a lot. The lone red mech looked surprised, but swiveled and said “That evil guy is really bad! We gotta stop him before he kills everyone's brothers!” He put his gun up, so Drift took his out and they tapped them, just the tip, like at the fancy parties with the toasts, but cooler!

“My name is Sideswipe.”

“Mine's Drift!”

GPT Sites/Apps

I have tried a number of different websites and apps over the years (and am still trying them). So far the ones that seem to work best for me are the following:

Swagbucks (Website, mobile apps) - I use this one primarily going through the to-do list and doing additional surveys until I reach or pass my personal goal. On a good day, I might go further to make my personal goal easier the next day. I have a personal goal of earning 250 SB ($2.50 per day) and most days I do reach that unless I’m busy. You can cash out through various different gift cards or PayPal.

Perk (Website, mobile apps) - I admit that I don’t use this one as much as I have in the past, mainly because my ability to use mobile video apps has diminished greatly with one of my “extra” phones dying and my other one on it’s way out (I don’t download them on my primary phone to save space/do other things with that phone). However I do maintain my balance and use it when I run out of swagbucks apps to run. Can be run I do like it a lot, though and when I used it regularly, I was able to earn around 1,000 points a day. I’m not sure if it’s changed recently to make that less doable now, but they have added things to their website that weren’t there before. You can redeem for various gift cards, PayPal or get their debit card which is loadable through the Perk Wallet app.

E-poll (Survey Website) - This is surveys only, which range from around 500 points to 1000 points per survey. They’re emailed to you so you do them as they come in. This is not a fast earner but the surveys are generally pretty easy and one at a time so I continue to do it for the eventual payout. With E-poll, it’s generally more beneficial to save up your points for the higher rewards as they essentially get “cheaper” the higher the value. Gift card options: Amazon, Best Buy, Gamestop, iTunes, PayPal, Starbucks, Walmart.

There is not currently a referral program, but the website shows that there is one “coming soon” I will update this place with my referral as it comes available.

Microsoft Rewards (Search website/app) - This is searching only, using Bing search (it used to be Bing Rewards). This one has a limit of 150 points per day for web searches and 100 points per day for mobile searches, plus a to-do list usually three items to click on, sometimes it’s a quiz so you have to go through the whole quiz to get your points and an eventual bonus if you get your to-do list every day for a certain number of days. This is another slow earner, I usually get one $5 Amazon card per month. Gift cards are Microsoft, Bing, Skype, Starbucks, Amazon, AMC, Burger King, Chipotle, Hulu, Target, Walmart, Regal,  NFL Shop, Dominos, REI and Sephora.

As of now I don’t believe there is a referral program. Will update this spot if it changes.

Cheetah Keyboard (App) - This allows you to earn coins for spinning a wheel, watching videos, playing games, reading news, applying themes to your keyboard (up to 5 specific ones they choose per day) or typing (for typing, you may have to wait for an update, I got it after a few days). On this one I usually earn $1-2 per day and minimum cashout varies by location (some people can cash out at $5, my minimum is $20). It pays out to PayPal.

They don’t appear to have a referral system at this time, I will update this spot if it changes).

Fetch Rewards (App) - This allows you to get points for scanning grocery receipts (works for most grocery stores, drug stores, convenience stores, mass merchandisers (Target, Walmart, etc). Depending on the reward you choose, you can cash out for as low as 3,000 points ($3) though some have a higher minimum. Various gift card options.

Referral Code: FX4TC This allows us both to get 2,000 points (sometimes 3,000 if they’re running a deal) upon completion of your first receipt.

Giftloop (App) - This allows you to earn points various ways. There’s a “swipe” section where sometimes 5 point buttons will come up or 25 point videos. Or you can watch videos, do surveys or download apps for points in other ways. This also includes a lockscreen that will earn you 50-100 points at eligible times there’s usually a counter between redemptions before another swipe is eligible again) or charging your phone (1 point per minute charging, I usually wake up to around 300-400 points in the mornings). It’s about 100,000 points per $5 and depending what you redeem for, you can redeem for as low as 200,000 points (some are higher) Sephora, PayPal, Walmart, Netflix, Nike, Amazon, Google Play, Steam, REI, Spotify Premium, Xbox, AMC, Groupon, Delta Air Lines, Under Armour, Regal, 1-800-Flowers.com, Playstation Store.

Job Spotter (App) - If you’re out and see a business that is hiring, use this app to submit the now hiring sign and the business sign on the building. You get paid various amounts depending on if it’s a big chain or small business and if it’s a website or if they take resumes/applications inside. The smaller businesses and taking applications at the location earn more points. I don’t know if there is a minimum redeem it pays in Amazon gift cards.

There does not appear to be a referral option for this. I will update this space if it changes.

Mobile Performance Meter (App) - On this app, you earn 5 points per day just for doing nothing but letting it run. They do have a survey booster as well that if you enable, can get surveys for various amounts. If you disqualifty, you get 2 points for trying. Cashing out varies depending on gift card option and there is a variety of options. I cash out using Amazon and I wait for $5 (can cash out for $1 but it costs a little more proportionally).

Receipt Hog (App) - This is another app where you earn for your receipts, there is a wider variety of what you can submit here (though grocery receipts get you points, others may get you spins or drawing entries). Shopkick (App) - This app allows you to earn points for scanning (more points if you buy them) eligible items. Some stores also give you “kicks” (their term for points) for walking into the store. There are 42 different gift card and reward options, some can be redeemed starting at 500 (for $2) kicks while others need more.

I use Google Fit, which tracks my steps, time walked, heart points, etc. Pays in PayPal or direct deposit.
