ithink the funniest part of becoming an adult is realizing which movies you watched over and over as a child that are like. not something everyone else your age knows by heart. like you didn't realize how goddamn much you watched this movie until you are 23 years old haven't seen it in years and still can mumble along with like 3/4s of the lines when you put it on for your kids at work. thisis about pixar's monsters inc of monsters inc fame. i only put effort into memorizing the exact wording of the spoons monologue as a bit when i was 15 the rest of this is just In My Brain Already
#chat#ilike that movie so much . i can play so many clips in my brain on command. and the fact that not everyone can do this is. ?#interestingly i think my memory of it is stored adjacently to music and rhyme bc i know the cadence/tone of MOST lines but way fewer words#hence why spoons monologue took active effort. several very similarly toned lines in a row at the end
