btw i forgot to update bc i dont come here that much anymore but uhhh the meeting was so fun!!! i dont even know why i was nervous in the first place.
but uh. there are the other horrors nowadays
#it's once again 'u dont have to be this stressed abt this wtf' moment im sure#but many mental blocks i have. maaaaany#and uh. bc of this i feel paralyzed lol#and like i have no time. which is not true! and also i dont even do anything abt anything#due to feeling paralyzed and all that#like. why do i feel the 2023 february/march levels of stress right now#ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh#i will get over everything and do things and get things done and like in the end it will be normal and fine. i guess.#but................................ how do i get over the paralyzed phase i wonder#and how do i calm the fuck down#i hate having physical anxiety symptoms bc this shit makes everything so real#hence why i decided to go to therapy in feb/march this year bc i was literally sick#buttttttttttttttttttttt stuff happens & if u followed my posts from back then u would know i wont elaborate :p#so right now im very very much aware that im not behaving normally buttttttttttttttttt i just have to deal w it lol#i just wish i was allowed to have more time#and i mean. who decides that anyway. but it's not that simple lol#anyway!!!!!!!!!!!!!!#🗒
