The mirrors in the boxing gyms I go to tend to be of the funhouse type 🤪 (warped much like my sense of humour)...I won’t be posting any more footage during this time, but being a personal trainer, I’m always amazed by what the body can do & how different types of fitness can transform you, not only physically but mentally & emotionally as well. 🤼‍♀️ My shoulders have taken a beating during these last 5 months & I’ve seen changes in my core, back & legs as well. The pressures of playing a soccer keeper are absolutely dwarfed in comparison to this sport & that of any other sport I’ve played.
