{ Why I Love Jesus } . Day 12 of 30 . He knows exactly what will bless us most. . If you know me, you know that I hate Valentine's Day. For many reasons, including the ridiculous commercialization of love and shaming people into spending money to "prove" their affection. . For me, though, it started when I was a kid. Every year I looked forward to the excitement of getting Valentine's at school. But some of the cards I got were so cruel. . They said things like "Don't be my valentine.", or "You are ugly.", or "I wish you would die." . Every year I hoped for better, but every year I got a few of those. . So, I stopped celebrating it. . Until I had kids. Then I made sure they would always have Valentine's that spoke life and love over them. . Waking up to snow, one of my FAVORITE things in the verse, was such a beautiful valentine from Him. .
