I wanted to share a little gameplay session of mine with you guys. Well, let´s start this weird little story... xD

First, I decided to play my Dr. Stone/Food Wars household. I just love watching Senku doing experiments at his work place. >.<

When he (tried to) get home, three ladies where cornering him... Well, Senku seems to be popular with the girls. xD (I´m not surprised though)

Meanwhile more guests gathered in their house. It was New Year´s Eve, so Soma made some raclette and offered it to his guests. Too bad that half of them were already tipsy... Gosh Yuki and Hinata, you´re to young to drink that much! ^^´ Bakugo seemed to agree with me, he also doesn´t look very happy about it. xD

Finally Kaguya won a little chat alone with her object of desire. Kohaku didn´t like that situation, so she checked on them from time to time with a suspicious gaze. I´m sorry Tanjiro, but Kohaku is too busy having an eye on Kaguya than listening to your chatter about breathing techniques. xD

Let´s see what my other sims are doing on New Year´s Eve:

Uh, Amuro (from Detective Conan ;)) invited someone to a romantic dinner. Okaaay... this "someone" actually is my anime simself... xDD Yup, it was a stupid idea and I´m not looking like that at all, besides it´s soo cringy ugh... xDD I started to hate her(me?) for her silly behavior. (I´m gonna show you, don´t worry xD). Well, we had a nice dinner (and I´m not complaining since he really is my little anime crush/husbando ^^).

He looked so cute with that blush haha. Maybe nervous? Idk, but his gaze was just too precious.

After celebrating he got to bed. Haro did the same, they both needed sleep for the following day. Haro´s sleeping pose killed me, awww. <3

The two bundles of enery got up really early and went for a sporty walk (strangely the weather turend real quick to spring, what the-? xD)

Because they were outside the whole day, Haro got really dirty. Problem: Amuro didn´t have a bathtub at his small apartment so he thought he could visit Izaya and Shizuo for bathing his little pet. Luckily he was allowed to do that. BUT...

...what he didn´t know was what was going on upstairs in that same apartment he currently was at. What the hell am I doing there?! And I thought Izaya´s supposed to date Shizuo, what the heck is happening? Poor Amuro so oblivious, look at his happy innocent face while washing Haro... ;-; See, that´s why I hate my simself. >_< (And I didn´t control a thing, they did that on their own... ^^´´)

Well, that´s it I guess. I hope you liked this cringy story a little bit haha. xD Normally I don´t post gameplay stuff, but maybe I should consider doing that from time to time, dunno. ^^ I noticed that I don´t play the game as often as I used to, most of the time I´m trapped in cas mode. xD

Top five ships

I’m going to shake things up and leave out the obvious contenders–Lelouch/Shirley (shirlulu), Izaya/Namie (izanamie), and Betty/Jughead (bughead)–and I’ve talked Akihiko/Mitsuru before too, so I’ll save that for another time, I think.  Now, let’s talk unsung OTPs. In no particular order:

- Sasuke/Sakura (Naruto)

Oh my god, I am such a sucker for brooding boy/gentle girl who is actually silk hiding steel.  It’s like my favorite trope. Sakura’s love for Sasuke starts as a childish crush, but it grows so much from there, and she truly sees him, yeah?  And he values her, cares for her even in Part I. Like, let us never forget the Forest of Death scene when he’s all “Sakura, who hurt you?! RAGE RAGE RAGE” and then she hugs him and his curse seal retreats and it’s just *chef’s kiss*.  Sakura is as close to his equal as a non-Naruto person without ridiculous plot powers is going to get, power-wise, and he respects her for her abilities and strength by the end. Let us not forget the smirk when she wrecks people’s shit, and that epic moment of eye sex is the stuff of shippers’ dreams.  I feel that quote of Lelouch’s applies here too, the concept of “her smile saved me,” yeah? But he inspired her to work hard and be better, too, and I think that’s beautiful.

- Jin/Tsubaki (BlazBlue)

Look at them, they’re full of justice.  Tsubaki is like the only person Jin likes and respects, and he is just so concerned for her wellbeing.  Like, I love that moment when he’s with Hakumen and Hakumen’s all “Fuck, is Hazama going after Tsubaki?” and Jin is just like “WHAT DID YOU DO WITH TSUBAKI,” and it’s amazing.  I don’t remember why Tsubaki likes Jin, but she does, and she’s very devoted to him, yes, but she isn’t afraid to confront him when she thinks he’s in the wrong.  And hell, in that one timeline, she basically dies for him, yeah? Because she loves him and respects him and wants him to be safe and healthy. I think it’s the respect that I love there, honestly.  They respect each other and their abilities, even when they clash ideologically, and it’s beautiful. ALSO, when she tragically dies, he names a technique after her, that fucking NERD. (Hakumen/Tsubaki is technically a whole other can of worms, but I had to include that here.)

- Zuko/Katara (Avatar: The Last Airbender)

They are so perfectly suited for each other though.  Like, the thing I like about zutara is the balance between the two.  They’re very equal, yeah? I have very, very few enemies-to-lovers ships (they just aren’t my thing most of the time), and I think part of what appeals to me about them is that, for the first two seasons, it isn’t personal.  Like, yeah, they’re on opposing sides, but they aren’t fighting because they hate each other; they’re fighting because of what amounts to circumstance and could be friends otherwise, as we later see in canon. Also, I love how responsible they both are in the gaang.  They are 100% Team Mom and Team Dad, and I am SUCH a sucker for fics that play that up. And can I say that I love love love how Zuko doesn’t judge Katara like ever? He just helps her on her vengeance quest with no insisting she acts one way or the other, and it’s great.  And the hug when she forgives him! Ahh, too cute! They settle into such an easy relationship after that, and I love it so much.

- Kyon/Haruhi (The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya)

God, I love these two dicks.  Like, they’re dickish in different ways, and maybe Haruhi is more of an asshole than a dick, but whatever, that’s splitting hairs.  They both grow though, and they let their guards down, and it’s beautiful. Something about her high energy and his “okay, let’s dial it back a notch” that’s still mixed with his interest in what she’s doing delights me.  Kyon complains about Haruhi’s nonsense, but ultimately he enjoys it, and I love when he admits that. And it’s so nice for Haruhi to have someone in her life know about her magic bullshit but also be all “Haruhi is Haruhi” and just see her as a person.  I’m actually not sure what Haruhi sees in Kyon, maybe that he always sees her and her weird ways, but I love her little bits of jealousy and the way she values him. Like, when she chooses to remake the world, the person she wants to take with her is him, and that’s so cute in a weird way.  And idk, I just think they’re well-suited for each other.  Apart, she’s too wild and he’s too apathetic, but together they’re just right.

- Togami/Kirigiri (Danganronpa)

These genius assholes, I love them so.  There’s an intellectual connection here that I absolutely love.  Again, it’s a matter of respect. They’re both so condescending to, like, everyone else in the first game except each other.  Now, that doesn’t mean they’re nice to each other (they’re not), but it’s so enjoyable to watch.  They’re equals in a way that I find hard for both of them to find outside each other.  I just want them to drink coffee and complain about bad crime shows together, with the occasional break to help Naegi with all his hopefulness.

[Shizaya] Don’t Knock It

It was one something in the morning. There shouldn’t have been so much as a rap, nor a knock at his door. Nonetheless there was a persistent string of unbroken percussion, unavoidable and increasingly agitating. Grating and distracting. Impossible to stop lest he relented.

Izaya wasn’t one to give into another’s stubbornness, not without a purpose mind you, so in this case he didn’t see himself answering his summon a failure. Not at all. It was in his best interests, therefore a win.

A couple of clicks added to the noise as he undid the locks and plunged the handle. When he swung door on its hinges the beating was successfully stopped, the attacker’s fist whiffed at the air.

    “Oh, it’s Shizu-chan. I couldn’t have fathomed that I would see your chipper mug.” he inspected a prominent dent under his apartment’s silver numbers.     “You lied to me.”

    “Did I?” he rolled his shoulders with a yawn.

    “Don’t fuckin’ pull that shit, Izaya.” Shizuo, cross as hell, looked as though he had been pulled from his relaxation too short of his liking. His sweatshirt twisted tight at the nooks of his twill arms, the cuffs of his lounge pants rested asymmetrically on his calves as the elastic barely did its job. Though Izaya couldn’t blame the disarray of his clothing given the gloss of sweat on Shizuo’s brow and the tuckered shoe laces on his sneakers.

    “I assure you I wasn’t pulling any shit.”     “Then why are you here?” An exaggerated tug on his door frame angled Izaya enough to look to either ends of the hall, “boy, did I get my apartment wrong again?”

Disgruntled met gruntled as the two exchanged their expressions. Izaya, pleased as punch, drew himself back into a cocky lean; Shizuo, just short of a punch, barely refrained knocking the sass out of the asshole it belonged to.

    “You know what? Forget it. I don’t care.” Shizuo scoffed.

Usually that annoyance had him storm off to release his tirade on the town, that’s what Izaya expected at least. So the bulldozed arm across his midsection was a tad of a shock. It took a moment to regain the wind in his lungs, but his own personal fireman now had him draped over his shoulder while he forced his invasion of the living space after a solid kick to the door.

    “You know,” Izaya rasped, “you could at least give me a warning.” Shizuo rolled his eyes, the informant decided from his backside view.

    “Tch. What makes you think you deserve a warning?”

    “Isn’t that what a loving boyfriend should do?”

Izaya poked at base of Shizuo’s spine, a place that would have gotten him annoyed should another been inspired.

A shift of Shizuo’s weight and a repositioned arm aided an efficient throw of Izaya onto the couch. Back against the slick leather, he faced the demon who steeled his glare, more so than it was held before. It was a feat that Izaya legitimately applauded, but not literally. That would’ve seemed odd.

    “...loving boyfriend,” he grumbled.     Aha! There’s the eye roll that I love so much.

Shizuo dumped his weight into the armchair opposite the couch with his arms returned to their natural tie at his chest, a laughable jut of his lip below his scowl and aversion of his glance.

    “Why throw me onto the couch if you’re going to sit in--”     “I’m angry with you, flea, so shut the fuck up.” He turned his head even further away.

    “Oh, so you don’t mind if I leave then--”     “Shut up!”

And Izaya did. For a moment he honestly shut his mouth. Though the request of him expired after he gathered up his ragdoll limbs and made way to Shizuo. The brattish blond remained stationary in his annoyance, even as Izaya stood before him.

    “Aww, I really did hurt your feelings.”     “God you’re demeaning…”

    “I don’t intend to be, in this case at least.” Izaya slithered over Shizuo’s wide spread legs, rested himself in between his thighs before he elegantly crossed legs over the side of the chair. His arms fashioned a hook around his partner’s neck, bumped his forehead against a cushion of disheveled hair.     “I’m sorry.”

A few seconds were killed for consideration, the count wound up around forty-three, give or take due to a human’s unreliable tick.

    “...it’s not fine,” Shizuo faced forward, “I don’t deserve to be messed with like your stupid pawns or whatever.”

Shizuo tsked at the very thought of Izaya tormenting others let alone himself.

    “That’s fair,” he shrugged sympathetic to his ill doing.

    “...this is fine, though.”

Shizuo’s response was hardly audible, a mumble covered by the air conditioning.

    “What was that?”

Izaya kissed the tip of Shizuo’s cheekbone to receive the slip of stern features. He repeated his affection in random placement until he got at least a fractional smile.

    “I said you’re an asshole,” he yanked Izaya into a connection of their lips.

Izaya giggled into their kiss, Shizuo playfully growled, it was a complete mismash of sound that lasted just as long as their awkward squirm in the compact chair. Shizuo, obviously exhausted based on his lazy smosh of a kissing technique, pulled back with Izaya still gripped on by his teeth; he let go, humour already gained.

    “Did your run here affect you that much?”     “Ha! I didn’t run. You think too highly of yourself.” The jab against Izaya’s forehead most definitely bruised.

    “Excuse me. Angrily trudged, then.”

He watched as Shizuo reclined against the back support, too tired to be fazed.

    “For the last time. Shut up.”

Izaya shook his head with a defeated release of breath, “I suppose I owe you that,” and nestled into the best comfort he could get at the janky angle; he rested his ear against a steady heartbeat and slid into a calmed state.

Shizuo snorted.     I do not owe you more, Shizu-chan, but…

    “This is fine for now, then.”

It took the beast hearing the response to fall into an immediate slumber. A dead weighted arm had laid over Izaya, hot like a space heater to which satisfied his final requirement to sleep. Izaya wasn’t going to knock it, Shizuo’s company was worth the annoyance.
