As requested by the poll, a small offering of Heinrix's post-Magnae Accessio suffering pining, because I love putting this man in situations <3

It would not happen again. It could not happen again. His own desires were inconsequential in the shadow of the Golden Throne, his soul but a vessel of service to a higher power, a greater cause. So why did his thoughts still linger on her; on the taste of her lips, so soft against his own; of the warmth of her clutched so tightly in his arms, tucked away from a thousand prying eyes in the very next room? A salacious secret that threatened to unseat the very foundations he had built around himself, engraved so deeply upon his mind that Heinrix feared he may never know clarity again.
