Caitlyn x f!reader - height difference

Just imagining Caitlyn being taller than you and always using it to her advantage. Even if you’re not short, the girl is 6”1: she can and will use her height to her advantage. She's also extremely protective - and she’s strong as well from all that training with Ambessa. 

Like if you wake up one morning, in her bed of course (because she insists you stay the night at her place if you’re over there too late), and you really don’t want to get up. Caitlyn, ever the early riser, has to shake you awake with the cup of tea she’s made you. But you just sulk and roll back over, wanting to finish your last interrupted dream.

Caitlyn has to bite back a smile at the sight because her girlfriend is too cute. “Darling,” she pinches the bridge of her nose. “We said we were going to get lunch in downtown Piltover.”

“’s too early,” you mumble into her silk sheets – because of course Caitlyn Kiramman has silk sheets. “Later.”

Caitlyn stands up straight again, considering you with her piercing blue eyes, before she has you over her shoulder in a matter of seconds. You yelp in surprise and protest at the loss of warmth from Caitlyn’s fluffy blankets. “This isn’t fair,” you grumble because how she so damn tall?

“I have to use my genetic advantages somehow,” Caitlyn hums and you just groan and let your girlfriend drag you away from bed. 

Or when she’s being protective, stepping in front of you whenever anyone gets a little too close for comfort. Her status, along with her authoritative air, is usually enough to make anyone back off. But on the rare occasions it isn’t, a quick drop of her tone and step towards them is more than enough. “Is there a problem?” Caitlyn asks, her voice icy. The perpetrator bows away quickly and Caitlyn softens, pulling you into her arms so your head is on her shoulder. 

“Thank you” you exhale. Despite your occasional annoyance with Caitlyn’s height advantage, you kind of, maybe, really adore fitting in her arms so perfectly.

“Of course, darling. You’re my love, and everyone should know as much.”
