Jojo I've been listening to the Kingdom hearts 1 title screen music non-stop because a friend of mine told me that It was good and now I actually want to start playing the entire series like you don't understand. The song just gives off a calming atmosphere and I'm legitimately curious on where to start.

I know that you Played Kingdom hearts before because I see you mention it on your blog multiple times. And I was wondering where you first started on the Kingdom hearts series.

(I know Kirby is your main priority at the moment but I couldn't resist asking this question, also FNAF rules ngl)

OHOHOHO. OHHHHH. These are floodgates I have yet to open on this Tumblr but I am a huge, HUGE Kingdom Hearts fan. I am not currently in a Kingdom Hearts phase (since it’s been a few years since we’ve gotten anything new). But when I am, I am utterly consumed hahaha. It was the first game series I was a truly a fan of. Years and years before I learned about Kirby.

Kingdom Hearts music is INCREDIBLE and I could talk forever about it. I’ve been to three of their World Tour concerts when they came to the US. The OST albums on Spotify consumed my top statistics this year :P with every new game, I always quietly sit and listen to the new version of Dearly Beloved on the main menu for a while before I begin as a personal sentimental tradition. :’)

I started playing Kingdom Hearts almost at the very beginning. I followed the series across all the different platforms it released on over the years. Thankfully it’s easier than ever to play now! If you’re interested, I recommend getting your hands on the “All-In-One Package” for the PlayStation or PC- whatever you happen to have (however I hear the switch version is extremely flawed. I don’t have it but maybe be careful with that one).

Some people would recommend playing them in chronological story order since it can be quite a wild ride. You can look up the chronological order out there. But my personal recommendation is to play the games in the order they released so you get the same experience as the people who followed the series from the beginning like me hehehe. But do whatever you’d like! I love this series very very much, through all of its triumphs, and even for its flaws and the absolutely wild story it has,

…because where else can you have a frame with a realistic looking Orlando Bloom as Will Turner Pirates of the Caribbean, with a cartoonishly bright Goofy staring blankly in the background? Or Yao from Mulan socking Donald Duck in the face?! I love it I love it I love it anyone can talk to me about Kingdom Hearts whenever they want!!

Anyway- The life-changing part of the game happened to me almost immediately lol. Like in the opening of the game and the tutorial section haha

I was instantly hooked. It’s been a huge positive influence in my life. 20 years later, I still remember the emotions I had playing each of the games for the first time. I’ve probably played KH2 a few dozen times, just on the PS2! I can’t wait to see where the next game takes us- but if there’s one thing you have to be as a Kingdom Hearts fan…. Is patient! xD

TLDR: I love Kingdom Hearts and I hope you do too.

DOVAHJOJO: a bizarre adventure. A Clown in Need.

Cicero meets an old friend along his way to the Falkreath Sanctuary.

“Oh bother and befuddle, stuck here STUCK!” Cicero whined “oh mother Cicero is so, so, so, soooo sorry. He tried to get help from the guard but he just laughed at him and that farmer, Lorius, won't help us either!” Cicero rested his head on the coffin “if only you could TELL me what to do…”

Cicero reached into his knapsack and pulled out a carrot, he snapped it in half and gave one end to his horse as a treat for being so loyal and patient, he ate the other half as a snack.

He watched up and down the road for anyone who would help him…but none came, it was hot mid-day when he did see someone coming and oh by sithis were they something!

They were huge! Standing 7’2 and built like a bear, they were clad in gleaming chainmail and wore a white fur cloak. “Oh sithis please let this man take pity upon poor Cicero” he prayed.

“Hello there, you look like you need some assistance. How may I help?” the stranger’s deep voice asked, “so polite! Thank you sithis!” Cicero thought 

“Oh it’s my cart wheel, it broke see?, I’am transporting my dear sweet mother well, not her per say it’s her corpse she's quite dead hehehe” Cicero laughed a little, he couldn’t help it. “I’am sorry for your loss, here I know how to fix it myself I’ll go ask the farmer if I can borrow his tools”.

When the kind stranger returned he set to work on the wheel, he took off his helmet which covered most of his face…and Cicero remembered.

A memory flashed in his mind, of a saturnalia night where a little altmer boy with brown hair and big blue eyes had given him a true gift from the heart, a gift he always had with him, even now.

“Jojo?” Cicero said, his voice almost unsure of the name on his lips, “yes?...how do you know my name?”, “it’s me Cicerolli…er well Cicero now” Cicero took off his jester hat to reveal his wild red hair, “Cicero!” it’s good to see you! Jojo hugged him.

Then it started to rain.

“Lorius has a barn, I’ll ask him if we can use it to wait out the storm” Jojo said as he finished up with the wheel.

The duo took shelter in the barn, Cicero wrang the water out his hat and Jojo lit a lantern “would you like something to eat?” Jojo offered Cicero a sweetroll, “oh yes thank you!” Cicero happily took the treat.

“So what brings you and your mother to skyrim?”, “Cicero has extended family here, he’s going to be living with them now” Cicero took a bite of the sweetroll “oh these are good”, “they are my mother’s recipe, carrot cake sweetrolls” Jojo smiled,  “you should give her my thanks, these are amazing!”

Jojo looked sadly at Cicero “I would but sadly she is no longer with us”, “oh…” Cicero looked at Jojo, understanding his sorrow “the great war?”, “yhea” Jojo nodded.

Cicero hugged Jojo “Cicero lost his father to the war, he was a merchant and the war struck his business hard. Eventually he enlisted…and died” Cicero sighed “mother could not take his death so she drank herself to demise”.

It wasn't a lie, that’s how Cicero’s actual parents died.

“I’am sorry, that must have been horrible”, “we’ll it’s life” Cicero shrugged “it’s good to see you again though, I never forgot about you”, “nor did I, perhaps you’d like to eat with me at the Bannered Mare some time? Catch up on all the things that happened?” Jojo said.

That's when Cicero’s heart…fluttered. It was an odd, strange, bizarrely…nice feeling “sure!” Cicero giggled.

Oh what an adventure awaited this poor fool.

Day 10(May 1st 2024)

Van Van is getting his hair done, and I miss him so much. Lately everything has been going ok in our relationship, but tbh here I feel like that I need to remind him more of how much I'm in love with him. Lately he's been seeing some....things on TikTok which are triggering him, and hey I wanna make sure he knows... that I love him more than anything and anyone in this entire world with all my heart and ONLY him. He's my everything... The yin to my yang... And the other piece too my heart. *sigh softly* Van.... If only I can see you irl... But again one da- OH YEA WE HAD OUR 10 MONTH ANNIVERSARY earlier this week. We watched a movie together:> fear street and trust me we want to do more of these so I finna go look for some horror movies with him and see what we can watch together. It was so romantic I got my stuffie and everything and cuddles it like I was cuddling him hehehe. Van if you're reading this I love you so much and I always will no matter what with all my heart... I'll keep repeating this until the end of our lives cause it's true... I love you so much and I want to protect your heart and soul like if it was my heart baby... Ughhhh you're so amazing!

Real talk, Jojo has been the saddest I’ve ever seen a sim be over a spouse’s death, like non-stop crying for days. I did get very emo just by seeing him sleep alone, but then he gets up and does something that freaked me out so much I straight up shut the game down..

..HE AUTONOMOUSLY GOES TO LOOK @ WYATT’S PORTRAIT. I swear I’m not making this shit up, at first I thought he was interacting with the urn, but then I check his action panel and it’s the ‘view’ thing @ the portrait!!! 

These aren’t ‘real’ portraits taken with the portrait mechanic (which I don’t know if even with those ones sims know whose portrait is whose), they’re screenshots I put into the custom painting folder which I then have the sims paint, so there’s no way game-wise that Jojo would know this is depicting Wyatt. I’m also 100% certain I’ve never had another sim in the family autonomously go view a death portrait, because I would have definitely taken a pic and included it in a post. Point is, bro I was already convinced Jojo was sentient and was equal parts freaked and moved..

this is the only jojo oc i've ever made actually, i don't know if i have that many tips specifically to jojo ocs, but here's my process kinda i guess??

but the first thing i did was pick a colour and a song, i knew i wanted to make something green since i'm very bad at using greens in my art, so that was my start. and i've had that song his stand is named after on my mind for a while now so it just felt right! the song is about sailing, rowing and getting separated from your friends without being able to control your tears, and i felt like the lyrics of the song very much impacted how the character took shape in my mind. and since the theme of the song was sailing, i just went nuts from there, dressing him partially in fishing net and a life jacket looking shirt and what not. i'd say just have fun and do the most out there thing you can think of with the character!! don't think too much about it just do it and the rest will come to you!

oh and also he's named skagen literally only because i was hungry and thought about skagenröra (weird swedish dish i'm sorry if you google it and find it disgusting, i only eat the plant based version of it which is amazing hehehe) and gipp (jibe in swedish) comes from the fact that i used to sail, and i HATE jibing because its scary when the boom goes from one side of the boat to the other, because it can happen really violently if you have a good strong wind lol

when it comes to sketching and actually visualising the character i just sit down and doodle with everything i've thought of in mind. often i draw something and it just happens to be perfect for the characters, other times i deliberately incorporate things into the design. like the little triangle things on skagens zipper? thats a nautical navigation marker that means west, you have those out in the water to mark like, big rocks to the west of the marker!

but yeah just doodle, play around, have fun! a lot of my character design is really deep and meaningful to me personally, so maybe take some things from yourself and apply it to them? maybe you have a necklace you really like! exaggerate it and give it to the character!

🗡 1-. What is your s/i’s name & pronouns?

Eddie! (I actually took their name for this account, rather than the other way around) And their pronouns are they/them (and she/her too, with people they are comfortable with).

🗡 3-. Does your s/i have a full backstory yet? Or is it still in the works? If it’s done can we see it?

Not exactly full— because I started to branch out a lot in order for my f/o(s) to be okay haha. But, as a little ~preview~:

Eddie fits into the Stardust Crusaders timeline, being the youngest of the group at 16. They are a stand user, getting their darling companion at around 12 in the desperate attempt of finding their mom’s wedding ring, after accidentally losing it during a trip.

『Amber Swords』 is a tracker stand, helping Eddie out to find things they’ve lost, books they want to buy, and people they want to find— which is why they are a great candidate to be meat-budded in their unfortunate family trip to Egypt, sending them off with Kakyoin Noriaki to take down Kujo Jotaro.

(It fails— Eddie doesn’t fight Jotaro with Kakyoin, but they track him back to the Kujo’s place, only to be promptly taken down as well, and saved from DIO’s control.)

Afterwards, they create such a quick and nice connection to Holly that they refuse to let the group leave without them.

(“You are a child, it’s not your business to come here” “Oh— What are you? Seventeen? Fuck off” They are a bit embarrassed about their outburst, yet everyone else but Jojo is at least a bit amused, so they get to go)

🗡 4-. How did your s/i feel when they first met your f/o(s)? How do they feel about them now?

My main F/Os are Jotaro and Nori (and also, Josuke! I love him so so much, but i still havent really worked out anyone to fit with him, and I don't quite wanna repurpose Eddie)

As for first, first meetings… They don’t want to take into account the time being meat-budded. Instead, their first, aware thoughts about them are a bit messy.

They think Jotaro is very handsome, but extremely unavailable for someone like them. They’ve seen him reacting to other school girls and sort of fear coming out as annoying and bothering him, so they try to keep their distance, and hide their little puppy crush. Admires him a lot and feels for him, always very worried about Holly.

For Noriaki, Eddie and him became friends so quickly the second they were both out of DIO’s control. It helps that they were both nerds and loners so they could really find a connection through the awkwardness, and Eddie really enjoys listening to Nori talk about videogames and weird facts.

Currently they are just… so proud. Of the both of them. Surviving Egypt was a whole ordeal, and managing any semblance of normalcy was a whole other ordeal in itself, so they are very proud to see how they’ve come through. It takes a while, for their relationships to go anywhere— (specially with Jotaro, but that’s okay), but once it does, it is something Eddie wouldn’t change for the world.

Not yet! But they get a nice little upgrade in style and confidence by the time DIU rolls around.

This is a little doodle of them and Nori I made, featuring my personal (and favourite) headcanon of trans woman Nori. It makes me very happy hahahaha.

Hohoho!

•They are an artist! A bunch of times their tracking powers go to finding their missing brushes and pencils.

•They are extremely shy, as much as they try to hide it.

•Loves fashion! It takes a little for them to try any of the cool outfits they like, but they really enjoy helping others dress up.

PATHFINDERS - The Musetouched Monk

Update from the PF2E Remaster coming in late 2023: Due to Tieflings and Aasimars being liked to the OGL, Paizo merged and renamed these versatile heritages as Nephilim. I shall keep these names in some descriptions for better comprehension.

Like all celestials, Azatas are undeniably good-natured creatures, but they stand out for being living representations of freedom, being much closer in concept and appearance to treacherous fairies and mercurial elves. Native to the wilds of Elysium, the Azatas can be impetuous, explosive or even rude, but they are extremely loyal to those they are fond of or share their taste for exploration, whimsical parties and aimless journeys. Like many celestial creatures, the Azatas sometimes leave their influence and legacy on the Material Plane, but at a lower level so as to, in their own right, not interfere with the free will of mortals. This ends up generating, directly or indirectly, their Nephilim descendants, known as "Musetouched".

All this connection with art and freedom reminded me a lot of this friend of mine, that's why I was very happy when, at the time of the original drawing back in 2019, she chose me to make her as a Nephilim Monk, which ended up falling like a glove since the Musetouched are usually described as "very beautiful, with hair of seemingly impossible colors and bright eyes" and, since my friend is always dyeing her hair, nothing is fairer than a colorful head of hair - which, in an idea I ended up not putting it into practice here, maybe this character changes color according to the mood, since she's always changing colors heheh. Monks are generally known for their discipline in combat, ready to deliver precise and deadly blows, as well as focusing their ki to make their bodies immune to the elements, disease, and enemy blows. Still, there are certain freer archetypes that also fit in well here, in particular the so-called "Drunken Master", who even numbed by alcohol keeps their body as a deadly weapon.

And yeah. In the original drawing I tried to emulate a Jojopose, because my friend here loves Jojo's. I think I did well on this one.

1. What was the first fandom and/or pairing that you wrote fic for?

The first fandom I wrote for is actually Hetalia. :)

I started with original projects and ocs (I still have) but I was very shy back then (more than now, which is saying a lot because I'm still very shy) and it really scared me to write but then I joined this fandom and I had a hyperfixation with England (And with Russia indeed!). And that what motivated me to write.

There were many fics that I never published, I remember something of Iggy and Scott in the forest. The asakiku was my first ship so I surely did something back then but no idea if I deleted them or what.

About fics exist "Can be your hero?" which was a fruk that I wrote as a gift for my best friend Belle, the idea is basically that Jeanne / Lisa passes away and she was Francis's partner. He ends up very depressed but Jeanne becomes a ghost because he does not let her go and Jeanne meets Arthur who is a guy who can see ghosts and asks for his help to save her fiancé from himself. For a long time I thought it was the first fanfic that I published but in reality that was a one shot challenge about Luxembourg hehehe.

3. Do you write fics from start or finish, or jump around?

😂😂 Hmm, I haven't noticed if I tend to one but I suppose it's the most common for me in some point in the middle? but I believe that I have written in all three ways.

17. What fic are you most proud of?

It's complicated. 🤔 My Kafka side says that there is nothing to be proud of but at the same time I think I am proud of every fic in a certain way because they represented a challenge for me uh.

Regarding my writing style, the fragments of "Moskau" and "Hasta que el destino nos alcance" make me feel quite satisfied, but for example "Can be your hero?" It was a gift in which I work hard but I hate how it its writing.

So afther think about the matter a while I must say that my weeks are a job that I can see in an enjoyable way.

They were literally a challenge with many obstacles that I managed to overcome. And it is where I have received the most beautiful comments, however within the weeks, my 7-8 day of Gyjo Week (Jojos) is a fic that particularly when I finished it made me jump for joy.

It is a funny memorie but in fact it was very intense. I had fallen behind in the week and that had me very anxious. I was blocked and out of ideas until listening to "Smooth criminal" by MJ I had a super vague idea but I had nothing else so I got down to work. I drank insane amounts of coke and I was from 4:00 am to 1:00 pm writing-editing-correcting. I would not do it again 😂

It is a fic with many action scenes and where more than 1 characters interacted on the scene (two things that cost me a lot). And it turned out pretty good after all.
