Heejin Jang 멀티미디어 아티스트 장희진은 즉흥 컴퓨터 음악을 통하여 소음이 만들어낸 혼돈의 공간을 연출한다. 사소한 일상의 소음, 필드 레코딩, 프로세싱된 주파수들의 축적과 합성을 통하여 디지털 사운드로 이루어진 패닉, 또는 명상의 순간을 그린다. 그녀의 라이브 퍼포먼스는 앰비언트, 인터넷 공간의 소음들, 자연의 소리들을 왜곡하여 외부 세계를 향한 보이지 않는 여정의 메아리들 속에서 길을 잃게 하는 강력한 떨림을 만들어낸다. http://heejinjang.com/

Heejin Jang is a multidisciplinary artist based in Seoul. Jang has lived, exhibited, and performed around the globe. In her live sound performance, Heejin presents a set of improvised computer music. She arranges and synthesizes sonic spaces that draw from the everyday and the trivial, re-forming them into phenomenal situations of meditation or digitally induced panic. Distorting ambient, field recordings, and sound samples from the Internet, Jang creates a reverberating force that gets one lost in the echoes of invisible itineraries to the outer world. http://heejinjang.com/
