甚麼是假胯寬?
正常的跨股﹝髖部﹞位置,應該是在骨盆兩側最高點,但是許多女生全身最寬的地方,卻是「大腿根部」,讓你的屁股位置看起來更低,身材也變成五五身。
假胯寬產生的原因:
- 盤二郎腿
- 長期久坐
- 內八,不良的走路的習慣
- 懷孕生產
長期的後果 :
- 髖關節內旋,骨盆受損變形
- 膝關節內扣,加重o型腿
- 大腿外側脂肪堆積越來越厚,嚴重影響外觀
- 走路內八腳,影響整個下半身的健康
- 臀部下移,視覺上讓腿部變短變粗

What are hip dips?
Hips dips are the inward depression along the side of your body, just below the hip bone. Some people call may them violin hips. Causes of hip dips
Hip dips are normal for everyone but some people are more serious and mostly causes by a few reasons which are :
- Bad habits of crossing legs while sitting/W sitting
- Long hours of sitting down
- X or O shape legs
- Gave birth
