Breaking in the new pot Grandma got me for Christmas! The first thing I cooked in it? Pasta a la Regis, a favorite dish of the late, great Regis Philbin, a wonderful mix of bow tie pasta, chicken, broccoli, and sun-dried tomatoes in a chicken broth-white wine sauce.
