#Repost @kateshipp333 (@get_repost) ・・・ It is said that when the leaves change color, the trees are finally showing us their true colors. I find it to be true that just when we are about to let go is when our true colors show. How we show up in the letting go process tells us a lot about where our inner work has opportunities for more peace. For me, it shows up at times as grasping for control, wanting to understand, striving to know why. When I remember to surrender, to drop back into stillness, I am able to see the beauty of death, to trust the promise of impermanence, and the gentle opening for more love. This Fall my focus and intention is on embracing the change, feeling the release into grace, and knowing I am always held in love. Something big is shifting, and it excites me as I can feel the lava of joy and creativity starting to bubble up.
