It appears my dad @davidmbrown48 missed his vocation he should have been a nurse! I’m genuinely impressed by his toe dressing skills, he cut the slits in the dressing so it would lay flat without chopping any of my other toes and it feels so good to have washed my foot for only the second time in about 8 weeks! My toe is taking longer to heal after surgery because my feet are too well perfused due to my #PoTS the nurse tells me I’m the only patient she sees because the circulation to my feet is too good! For months and months I have tried to do the list of things I lost in the fire 10 months ago. My stupid brain refused to do it, thinking that if I list them, they're then lost forever. Makes no sense, I know. Finally this week I let it go. Now it's all lost for good. I'm moving on, baby step by baby step.

#ontheblog Recently completed a 3 day juice fast! Juice consisted of kale, celery, parsley, green apple, lemon, ginger, avocado that the ND prescribed. Not bad, slightly spicy. I think the fast helped resolve my joint pains. Come take a walk with me along the nearby trail! 🍁 🍃 Today is day 12 since I had my sigmoid vulvula surgery. I woke up with a migraine, and really wanted to stay in bed all day. But I know it helps to be able to get myself out of bed, put in some different clothes besides pajamas, brush my teeth, wash my face, and get in a short walk. So I forced myself to get up, and decided to walk a bit more than a few times up and down my front sidewalk. According to my Sweatcoin Apo, I walked about 1,600 steps. My youngest daughter @xdc_sunshine walked with me, which I am not ready to walk on my own quite yet. I almost felt like I could have gone farther, but could start to feel weakness snd some right low abdomen pain set in. I felt it a bit more as I got closer home, so was glad I turned to come back when we did. I’m proud of myself for pushing myself out of bed, and get my walk in, even with the pain and migraine! 💛 What do you think of these Autumn 🍂 colors going on? Don’t you just love this time of year? I love it! 🧡🍁🧡🍂 The wind was slightly blowing, but it made it feel nicer.
