So like everyone saw @somerandomdudelmao's really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really emotionally damaging comic a while ago I wanted to make stuff for it but I hate rendering and I get a lil bitty tiny sad every time I work on angsty stuff cuz I HAVE to listen to sad music when drawing sad stuff so this is all I've been working on for like a couple days pretend I had the mental energy to render Live Laugh Love Cass

As the sun began to crest the horizon, casting a soft golden light over Hyrule, Link passed through the gates that marked the entrance to Hateno. His eyes, heavy with exhaustion, betrayed the toll of a particularly grueling battle, and his body bore the unmistakable marks of the ordeal. With slow, deliberate movements, he made his way toward the modest home by the pond. The villagers, going about their morning routines, paid him little attention, an oversight he welcomed. In their indifference, he found a rare sense of peace, a semblance of normalcy that eluded him on his travels.

No sooner had he opened the door to the small, quiet house than he collapsed, face first, onto the floor. A guttural groan of relief escaped him, the sound a mixture of pain and exhaustion, as he sank into the stillness of the room.
