I'm really awful with giving exact values, but if we assume MK is like. Average height (5'9" - ish) then that'd put Red at easily over 7 feet tall.

I think it's interesting that we interpret 1 Nephi 2:16 as Nephi sliding in the fact that he's buff when the verse never says he's (physically) strong or muscular, only that he's "large in stature".
