#but also so hopeful#that ending..... im gonna be thinking abt that ending for a LOOONG time#its so good#marid will go and get to live with reed while he gets back on his feet#he'll work for FIA in a desk job at first but slowly he is going to get more into marine biology#he'd start to dive more into the sea#he still holds out hope to see so mi one day but as long as she is safe he's content#him and reed become friends#father and son kind of dynamic where marid realizes he never had a proper father figure... Hands was sort of one but Reed is different#they go to baseball and Marid gives him seashells and submarine photography#he gets so good at the marine thing he is at the news one day explaining the Langley sea life#some people finally get resolution on what happened to him smile but dont say anything#he no longer can go into the net but he can go to the sea#he finally calls his brother again to tell their other siblings that he's okey and well#he'll live and heal.
