I’ve honestly been obsessed with this song. Omg especially Venti’s va version from genshin impact. That fact that she sings it in his voice is just 😩🤌🏻 also imma link one of my fav versions too these are short but I still hope you can enjoy 💕

Monkey D. Luffy

- this man has the voice of and angel 😩💕

- ok no but I’m all honestly I absolutely love his voice. It’s just so 🥺💕

- but with that aside, it not actually that hard to teach Luffy the song. When he was younger he use to hear shanks sings it here and there so he kinda knows it

- now you can teach him the lyrics but you can’t really each him how to sing it. I mean you heard his voice….

- but it’s definitely one of his fav songs, and he absolutely loves to sing it with you.

- the wellerman’s and bink’s sake are his fav songs to sing when he’s with his crew. And it could be for any occasion really. As long as he can sing with y’all

- he does like the wellerman’s a bit better only bc you had taught him and bc he loves hearing you sing it.

- The way your voice would change and make the song feel so alive. It definitely makes him so happy and he absolutely loves watching you and singing with you from time to time

- honestly whether it’s bc you singing, telling him why you like the song, or how you learned how to sing it. He loves how you’re able to connect with a song from his childhood too

Marco

- Marco has definitely heard the song. He’s be sailing on Whitebeards for like ever, so he’s heard every pirate songs at least once

- which means he has heard the wellerman’s a few times before but with all the other stuff he needs to remember and all the other songs, he’s never been too interested in learning it.

- until you told him one day that you were gonna teach him.

- it didn’t take long for him to pick it up. He’s heard it before he’s just needed to be reminded

- and now with that being said, Marco doesn’t sing at all. It’s just not his things. He’ll hum the lyrics and all but he won’t actually sing. He normally leaves that up to you

- Marco will happily listen and hum along with you but he really leaves the singing up to you. You always loved to sing so much so he doesn’t want to take that away from you

Shanks

- this mans already knows the song like the back of his hand m. He’s been singing it since he was a kid so of course it’s one of this fav songs

- with that being said, you don’t really have to teach him anything. He already knows the song so what is there to teach

- he still loves to just be with you and sing the song with you tho. And it doesn’t matter what the occasion is, he’ll always love to sing with you

- he does like when you do most of the singing tho. He just lives to heard you’re voice and how it sounds like music to his ears.

- of course those nights where he gets drunk you better bet that he’s gonna steal the show

- but besides that he absolutely loves when you sing, whether it is the wellerman’s or just a random song. And it could be to him or the crew. It doesn’t matter bc he loves it nonetheless

Portgas D. Ace

- just like Marco, Ace has definitely knows about the song and probably has some parts of it mesmerized

- with how much he parties and it of course it was bound to happen but he still doesn’t know the whole song. He knows how to hum along and how to sing the chorus. But nothing else

- this is where you come in, you happily show Ace how to sing the song, not skipping anything at.

- you tell him the right lyrics, the story behind them too and what they all mean. And he’s invested too. After seeing how excited you are he can’t help but feel the same way

- when he finally learns the song he can’t help himself but sing or hum it almost everywhere. Sometimes he doesn’t even know it, and other times he’s showing off

- but of course he absolutely loves when you softly sing it to him and only him. Especially when he’s laying in your lap and your playing with his hair. It’s heaven to him.
