If Casey Jr ever pulled the key on a portal with Donnie on the other side, im not sure the brothers would ever forgive him, even if they got Don back

(on a similar note, imagine casey seeing the choice of pulling the key as between two apocalypses- one by the kraang and one by the hamatos lol)

i could see there being a big blowup about it, but if donnie was already taken by the kraang before, they've lashed out enough at him. remember when in the movie leo snaps at him and asks him if he knew this would happen? yeah that but worse

leo would probably in particular be EXTREMELY angry because he was the one who was right there, and he was likely the one screaming at casey not to. him trying to stammer out "but- the kraang- i had to- donnie said-" would only serve to make him more furious. he doesn't CARE what donnie said (you know that repeating motif of all of them thinking about how what they say doesn't matter?), it was casey's choice, it's his fault, CASEY did that to him—

(it would burn bright and die out quickly. leo knows casey did what he had to. they all do, as much as it infuriates them. its a helpless situation and one of them were going to end up there no matter what, and after a while they find themselves too exhausted and resigned to be angry. donnie's holding them like he never has before, and casey has lost enough.)
