he is not even my cat

im so sad. our neighbor's cat is outside (it's 1 am and stormy and cold) and he's meowing and pawing at their window trying to get in :( it makes me so sad to hear his meowls but know that i cant do anything to help him. idk if the storm and the cold is making him extra anxious to get inside but he gets locked out often, and he usually sits quietly by their window. but now he's jumping around and scratching at their window. ughhh i am against outdoor cats and im esp against outdoor cats if you dont make sure ur cat can get inside. anyway i 100% judge ppl who keep their cat outside in this day and age.
