No, you’re not. I’m just not at a place where I’m 100% okay with it yet. You’re just checking in. That’s okay. Checking in is okay. I don’t really do anything. I’m okay. Little shaky but not too bad.

That’s not true. After about four days he gets cranky like a toddler. Like the smallest thing could make him snap but the longer he pushes it, the more nonsensical his aggravation gets. He once snapped at me because I was sitting wrong and he could ‘feel the disturbance in the air’ and it was annoying him. Around the two week mark he gets kind of quiet and reserved and will sit down a lot more. One time he pushed it to a month before I intervened and he got really clingy and huggy which was weird cause at the time he wasn’t all that comfortable with it. But then I realised he was probably doing everything he could not to just lay down and pass out which was more important than his discomfort at the time.

Y’know thinking about it I think that’s the first time he initiated a hug with me and I never let him go past four days afterwards because, that’s just not healthy.
