i haven't decided how much the scientist knows about the scoundrel and heart's desire in general but he's definitely. he definitely has an opinion on them. them and their stupid fruit

#caeru IS smart. that's a trait across dimensions. he's a 25 int 5 in everything else (especially 1 in charisma) kinda guy #he probably can surmise that the scoundrel's pathetic and lonely and trying to use him as a replacement for Someone #and like. he probably kinda gets it. he's in the nemesis ambition. he probably wouldn't be able to guess it's a monkey #fortunately for the scoundrel he keeps to himself and doesn't pry and it's one of the few reasons they can stand him #ask #fallen london #i feel like he simultaneously knows far more than the scoundrel thinks and also absolutely nothing #he knows they won a poker game and got to be a bat. he probably knows Something abt what the marvellous is?#but beyond that the only thing that interests him is keeping the scoundrel out of his way (and preferably someday life)#it's kinda funny to talk about caeru purely in a FL context. he's an undertale oc. the leaps to get here are ridiculous #scoundrelventures
