I think the reason beckory works well is that tony has a habit of getting self righteous and in his own head about things but Gregory isnt afraid to tell him off or call him out about things. the point of tony in ggy is that nobody ever told him that how hes treating other people isnt good, so that's why he got so bad. but tony would be close to Gregory and have every rational reason in the world to listen to Gregory so when he would say something like "you're treating ellis badly and that's not what a good friend does, you need to do better" hed actually listen and take it into account and improve himself

this is such a solid show so far, i dont even know what to say. episodes feel long, but they're not boring. they're lingering, they last. it takes everyday emotions and everyday experiences and lets them play out; it confers importance to the small things. the story and overall plot-per-ep is simple yet genuine, and everything and every character feels so lived-in. i like the mix of fun and serious, i like the steady growth and trust between mork and day and the little buds of tension starting to bloom. i love the way the camera brings things to the forefront of the viewer's attention, the way expressions are shot and how long those shots are allowed to last on screen...you really feel the emotion coming through, and it really impresses me from both an acting and directing standpoint.....im just rambling but the jist of it is that i'm really enjoying this

This video is so simple, but it's amazing to me how it demonstrates how the same moves can look so different depending on the dancer, their body, their strengths & weaknesses etc. and how it all comes together to make each of them unique.

nonnie absolutely.. omg listen!!!!! sae doesn't usually dance.. usually just sips on his drink &&just chills for a bit. doesn't even get that tipsy most of the time - unless there's something the team has to celebrate, perhaps their latest win or qualification. he still doesn't rly look like he's enjoying himself, not w that usual tepid look on his face �� BUT fret not, the shots the team has been downing one by one for the past hour or so are def working, and u bet sae looks so fucking handsome when tipsy. cheeks flushed, eyes fluttering just a tad slower than usual, gaze bleary and few first buttons of his shirt undone.... the silver chain glimmering under the neon lights...... WHEWWWW. and listen,, he's cute as hell, looks so dreamy when he's drunk, AND if you ever thought this man is stiff, he WILL prove u wrong the second you approach him and start to wine up on him. pls he def learns a lil during his time in spain :( that's the ultimate itoshi divide, rin cannot move for the life of him whereas sae just KNOWS how to vibe 😭 his movements are a little slow, hand steady on your hip and dictating the rhythm, but it's really not as seductive as you'd think - you link your hands behind his neck and sing along, head thrown back and eyes closed, and he's not exactly smiling, but there is a gleam in his eye as he watches you. sae doesn't really do dancing - but you look so pretty& there was so much confidence in your step when you approached him.. how could he say no??

lee knows a little off beat here and there but the way he dances like his whole body is One is so insane. sometimes in drawing practice, they will say it’s helpful to find the line of action which would be a line that connects the whole body’s motion, making it fluid and engaging. lee knows dancing is like seeing a continuous animatic of a line of action. when I watch this I can’t stop thinking that he’s like an ever flowing river it’s so crazy

The sun bares down on them, but the ocean breeze keeps everything a pleasant temperature even when fully exposed. For now much of the crew is relaxing, and it's a prime opportunity for playing his instruments. After all, there is only so much one can do on the ocean, and music fends away boredom. ( Especially when the musician continues to learn new songs like Izana does. )

Ran does well at hiding his frustration despite the fact that it is blatantly obvious to Izana. He watches the attempt to play the right strings with the right force, but the strings and notes do not sing under Ran's fingers the way they do for Izana. It is a valiant effort despite this. Unfortunately, music can be as unforgiving as the sea or this crew's captain, and with precious few instruments, there's nowhere to hide the errors.

Izana chuckles, his beloved guitar resting in his lap in a similar style to Ran. " Do I? " He might be teasing, he might be being serious. " I have been playing for a while. " He reminds, though it does little to explain the ease at which Izana learns and masters songs as well.

" Do you want me to show you again? " He inquires, though he's rather sure Ran is nearing the point of being done with this, at least for the day. He leans over, index finger tapping against the exposed skin of Ran's wrist as gently as when Izana strums the strings of his guitar.. " Your wrist position is sometimes off, it makes it harder to move between the notes. lifting his guitar back up, fingers caressing the strings. "

He mercifully offers another option. " Or we can take a break, and I can play for you. " Izana offers, lifting his guitar back to its proper position. Even just a gentle strum of his fingers over the strings had the guitar coming to life under his fingertips.
