So also in the process of watching LMK my sibling has been watching with their friend, and they have gotten into it and so they told me that Monkey King is actually based off an old book (and not just a bunch of old movies like I had originally thought for some reason)

It’s long cause it’s way older than the movies so that kind of old usually involves even longer books, but they found a pdf of it (journey to the west it’s called I think) and are reading it while also finding more lore along the way. Hence they have told me some stuff which makes me go WHAT THE FUC—

IF THEY DO CONNECT SOME STUFF THAN OH MY FRIGGIN GOSH. basically when mk said in the first episode of s4 something along the lines of; “gives me the feeling that this is gonna be thhe point in the story where it gets darker.”

Like, I’ve already been theorizing what’s gonna be revealed, and I’m still not tooooo sure if stuffs gonna happen but hot DAMN oh golly.

#so spoilers in the rest of the tags probably but:#mainly with wukong.#bro I feel so bad for him #in the book apparently this one guy who in LMK is his friend gives him a crown thing #and apparently it gets tighter depending on what wukong does #so if THAT part is true for LMK #(which it sadly fits into the backstory that we have so far for Lego Monkie kid)#then nnnnNNNOOOOOOOOO #and then apparently in the book wukong kills macaque #so I SWEAR TO GOD CROWN OR SOMETHING RELATED THING IF YOU DARE—#and right now I feel like out of Sun wukong old friend group I feel like macaque is the only one who feels somethings up #and then I feel like wukong doesn’t actually know what he did #which makes me feel like he got frickin possessed or something #and OUGH I RAMBLING BUT YOU GET MY POINT HOPEFULLY #oooouuuuughhhhhhhgghghhhhhhh #I’m sad enough about red sun.#he looked so frickin sad or scared when he got inked.#bro I’m gonna die in the next season or special.#ok bye now—#have a good day
