i dont know where the fanon knock out commits rampant medical malpractice came from when we only ever see him do his job well and with consent. hes a good physician. the few times we see him not is when he was assisting starscreams ploy or is afraid for his own life. like please note that starscream hired knock out as a physician (which he was not previously) and gets mad that hes actually good at his job
