Another adventure delving into the mess that happens when I interact with people- wolfstar- part 2 of who knows domesticccc style

so someone asked what remus and sirius would name their kid and i was like

“oooh um probably something whack and symbolic like "Lux" cuz moon moon and sir starsalot would be little shits like that also

 it means light and that relates both to the stars and moon which i think they both would find unbearably cute

i just had an image of sirius holding lil lux while cooking and singing some nonsense like "lucky lux-y, your diaper is mucky and yucky but i still change it cuz i love you and- oh shit- you did this just to taunt me didn't you- fine fine, well do it your way- REMUS DARLING? CAN YOU TAKE OVER IN THE KITCHEN, WE'VE GOT A CODE BROWN"

i've gone down the wolfstar rabbit hole and am now thinking about a remus who hums but never sings cuz he's self conscious and one time he was humming "i wanna dance with somebody" in his study and sirius was just staring at him fondly from the doorway and just starts singing where hes at in the song and then after a while remus joins in softly singing outloud now not even noticing what is happening and sirius is SHOOK NASTY because you'd think someone who howls/screams his throat out once a month would have a torn up voice but no its BEAUTIFUl and sirius can't contain himself and he goes and grabs remus and magically turns on the song and starts dancing with him and it would just be really sweet and i just like fluff because they deserve it

lux gets remus voice and its gorgeous, and one day he hears his daddios singing cuz sirius helps remus get over that insecurity real quick and he joins in with his own nonsensical lyrics (in a very sirius style) in time with the melody cuz he doesn't know the words but hell be damned if that stops him from joining in

and then they (remus and sirius) have a minor freakout because they love their son and hes so sweet and absolutely perfect and ridiculous and they just love him so muchhe like the perfect embodiment of both of them while being his own individual person and they couldnt love him any more for that

SIRIUS TEACHES LUX TO PLAY AN INSTRUMENT ((cuz i have hcs where he learns to play guitar not bass or drums or literally any instrument)) or he learns an instrument just to teach lux or he learns at the same time as lux so its not so scary for him and i just hhhhhhhhhh
