The thing about usagi is that he really does think he does his best to mind his own buisness. Like in his head hes all "i like minding my own buisness, i dont enjoy fighting, its only a last resort" but in practice he has never minded his buisness once, breaks into peoples houses, spies on people, and uses his sword to solve every conflict.
But he really does believe that all of this is completley unavoidable, and hes just having a bad luck streak
