It's so frustrating that the Dems can't use Trump:s fake elector scheme against him because it could potentially mess up the case. His team could argue it interfered with his right to due process and get the case entirely thrown out. The fake elector schemel is so blatantly anti-American, anti-Democracy, unconstitutional, and so fucking sketchy he asked the supreme Court for immunity for it... and basically got it... causing the case to be delayed even further. Like enough of the information is public that if people actually cared they could go and find it but because it's not a big attack used in the media or by the Harris campaign no one's going to fucking do that but it would be such a nail in his coffin if he was widely known for literally trying to steal the election

#look up the eastman memos if ur not aware of what im talking about #it is the single most unconstitutional act he attempted to commit #i mentioned it in an argument with one of my conservative friends and he had no idea what i was talking about and because #he hadnt heard about it all used as an attack by the dems he questioned the credibility of the claim #but like THEY LITERALLY CANT USE IT AGAINST HIM #or the entire case could be thrown out #and it is of absolute importance that this case is seen #im fairly sure they already have one of the fake electors willing to cooperate with the investigation
