Kreese in prison. Johnny on a tour in Mexico (and he'll make sure he never comes back). Finally his Dany-boy is all for himself... But, who is that Japanese?. Why is he so close to his baby boy? . A master of Miyagi-do? (flashbacks of Miyagi kicking his butt).
Terry vs. Chozen please!!!!
(This one is pretty hard. I don't think i know Chozen's character that well so this is Terry's POV. I try for you! ❤️Thank you for the ask! And of course, this is some weird canon-divergent Terry. Maybe an alt ver. of my fix-it dark s4 series. heh)
Terry thought he knew what he wanted when he returned to the valley. He was going to revive the old dojo with his former comrade and finally win Cobra Kai another championship, something that should've happened thirty years ago. But then Daniel Larusso and John's old student teamed up, Terry's co-sensei tried to control him, and their students almost lost the whole tournament, something he wouldn't let happen twice. But if Terry hasn't paid off the ref, they surely would've lost, and this whole return to the glory days would've been for nothing.
But even before he ensured their win, Terry started plotting his revenge on John. The man took his loyalty for granted, running their dojo into the ground, and was getting in the way of his other pursuits. Because Cobra Kai losing in 1985 isn't the only regret Terry has from that year.
When Terry saw his one-time student again, offering up a fake apology to stop their war, he realized Daniel Larusso had to be his. He refused to let him go. But unlike last time, he couldn't blame his drug use and obsession with getting retribution. Terry yearns for the younger man, and John would undoubtedly disapprove. So he got rid of him easily and made certain Cobra Kai would win.
Miyagi-do and Eagle Fang would close, and after a heartbreaking loss, Daniel would be feeling weak and vulnerable, perfect for Terry to swoop in and take him away. He already had the perfect speech ready to bring the younger man back. Terry would rile Daniel up again until he comes swinging, then all he would have to do is encourage him to steer that passion in another direction, go down an old path he once drove through effortlessly. He was already smiling at the idea.
And if that didn't work, he'd put the mask back on and blame John for Cobra Kai's behavior. Terry would tell Daniel he wanted to change, and only the younger man could help him. But he'd rather not lie to him again.
The problem with this though is he severely underestimated the draw of Daniel. While Johnny Lawrence was no one to worry about, the Japanese man Terry's observing now is another story. He showed up at Daniel's little dojo, ready to pull the strings of persuasion, only to find Daniel wasn't alone.
He was training with this stranger, watching him with a sincere smile as the two practiced kata in the solitude of their dojo. It made Terry sick. He hated what the sight of them did to him. His stomach dropped, twisted, and turned until Terry's thoughts started going down that dark path. It would be easy to find out who he is. While Daniel was friendly and outgoing, he had few friends beyond his family.
But as much as Terry wanted to destroy this man bit by bit, he couldn't act rashly, not again. He would plot and plan, wait for the right moment to strike. First, of course. Then Daniel would be his again, and he wouldn't even remember this Japanese man's name.
