batjokes is one of those “I don’t like or ship this but I’d be lying if I said I don’t see where it comes from” situations for me. Like the Joker is definitely in love with Bruce I think that’s borderline canon at this point. And at some point Bruce’s insistence on keeping him alive becomes kinda sus

#I don’t begrudge Bruce’s belief in the sanctity of human life I really don’t I think it’s fine. But throwing a knife at your son to protect #a mass murderer is CRAZY #like at some point it just becomes impractical to keep someone alive like can we think about the greater good here #the joker is a walking trolley problem. He cannot be kept and he will not stop. And if he does who knows how many more people will die unti #he gets to that point. Bruce just keeps throwing him in Arkham 🤨#But even with that the obsession always seemed one sided to me. Although Bruce does have his Moments #Dc #Batman
