“Why you did that?! In what were you thinking?!”

“I saved him, Guzma! I wouldn’t allow that Salazzle to kill him!!”

“YOU COULD HAVE DIED, DAMN!!! YOU SHOULDN’T HAVE DONE THAT!!”

“Guzma...Where are you going?!”

Then, I got teleported to the Wela Volcano Park in the moment where that Salazzle attacked me. I shouted, and everything turned black

"Hey, hey Raikichi, wake up”

“Ugh...” I groaned as I opened my eyes slowly, accomodating to the light as I stood up slowly, sitting down. I found out that I had fallen sleep in the couch “I feel everything is spinning around me...”

“You were having bad dreams, right?” my uncle said and I nodded “Wanna talk about them? You were murmuring a name before shouting in dreams”

Oh, shit. “Yeah...I dreamt with the day when Guzma yelled at me in the Pokecenter...And then, I dreamt with the moment when that Totem Salazzle attacked me...I think I dreamt that due the attack I suffered by that Dynamax Haxorus...”

“Something is telling me that maybe you still have some feelings for that Guzma”

“I don’t know what to think...I don’t love him, not anymore after what he talked to me that day...But I don’t know why I keep having those dreams...If this is what I get when I try to love someone...”

“Not all the people are the same, kiddo” my uncle said “I’m sure you will find someone to love.”

“I’m not sure...” I said drinking a bit of the hot cocoa my uncle gave to me

“What about Piers?” he said and I coughed as I blushed, making him chuckle “A month had passed since you arrived and you have got along very well with him”

“I-I know but why did you ask it like that?” I said after recovering, trying to control my blush

“C’mon kiddo, maybe I’m an old man but I’m not senile. I can see how you smile when you’re with him. You come back home very happy after meeting him, and every time you hear his songs, I can see that smile again on you”

“W-Well, it’s true that we’re friends, but that doesn’t mean that there is something between Piers and me”

“Are you sure, kiddo?” my uncle said rising an eyebrow as he smirked

“Uncle!!” I said, blushing even more when he laughed as he ruffled my hair

“I’ll prepare you a bath and I’ll put you a stool inside the bathub to allow you to have your wonded leg away from the water” he said as he stood up 

“Thanks, uncle”

Uncle Kabu smiled and went to the bathroom as I finished my breakfast. Glaceon was curled next to Ninetales and Arcanine, napping happily. I smiled, gladly that her wounds got healed properly. Of course, Charizard was still in the Pokemon center; her wounds were very serious, and that made my smile fell. Glaceon looked at me and jumped to my lap, ready to comfort me. “It’s okay, girl, don’t worry” I said stroking her fur.

After some minutes, my uncle helped me to go to the bathroom. The wounds hurted and I couldn’t lean part of my heigh on that leg, making me walk anwarkdly. Once in the bathroom, my uncle went to prepare the first aid kid while I took the bath. It was difficult to bath with a leg outside the bathtub, but until I got the bandages out, this was the way. Luckily, my uncle’s Salazzle was here to help me. Once I got bathed, I got dried and dressed, and with care and avoiding leaning my weight on the wounded leg. I sat down on the couch and I let my uncle to treat the wounds.

“It seems that soon you’ll get this bandages out, but you’ll have scars” he said as he treated them

“Well, more scars to the collection” I said and he looked at me “What? I’ve got more scars than those”

“I know, but this is a serious thing...I don’t know if I should ask about all of them”

“Maybe other day, ‘kay?” I said before hissing

“I know it hurts, but that means that is healing well” my uncle said putting clean bandages on the wounds “Alright, there you go. Oh, you have packages”

“Uh? From who?”

“Some of the leaders were worried about you and sent some goodies to you” he said bringing me the packages “Leon sent you goodies as well”

I blinked twice before picking some of the packages. Food, books, accesories...I rose an eyebrow when I saw that Raihan’s gift was a really, REALLY, big hoodie with snowflakes pattern. I sighed and then, I opened Leon’s gift, sighing when I saw that it was cap with a Charizard drawn on it. The last one was from Piers and when I opened it, I gasped: it was a plushie of a black and white Zigzagoon with pink eyes. It was very soft and cute, and I hug it close to me.

“Ah, a plushie of a Galarian Zigzagoon” my uncle said “From Piers?”

“Yeah...” I said blushing a bit

“Oh, those are Ballonlea handmade cookies. Opal always has a good taste for these things. And those are interesting; archeology books from Stow-On-Side. Some postcards from Turffield and Hulbury...Oh, and handmade sweets from Circhester” he said 

“I also got a big hoodie from Raihan and a cap from Leon”

“And this is from me”

My uncle gave me a small package that was covered by red and golden paper. I took away the paper and once I opened the box, I looked at him, taking the thing that was inside. “What’s this?”

“A Dynamax Band” he said “I thought you would want to try it, so I got this one for you”

“Thank you so much, uncle” I said hugging him “You know, I could teach you how to use Z moves. And who knows, maybe I could ebat your Dynamax Centiskorch with a Z move”

“That sounds really good, but first, you need to recover”

“Yeah, yeah, I know”

Hours passed and I was getting bored of staying at home. I only could move from the couch to the bathroom and reverse, and if I tried to move more, my uncle noticed it and quickly took me to the couch. After speaking with him, he accepted to help me to go to the divan that was outside in the flat’s terrace. It was a beautiful garden, with pretty views of Mototoske. I closed my eyes, relaxed on the divan as I heard the chirps and sounds of the different Pokemon that were flying there. Then, my Rotom Phone sounded, calling my attention. It was a message from Piers, and I couldn’t help but blush.

“Hey, how’re ya doing?”

“Pretty well. Uncle Kabu said that soon the wounds will be healed”

“That’s nice”

“But I’m bored of being here without being able to do things. I managed to convince my uncle to allow me to be on the terrace”

“Sorry for hearing that. I wish I could do something to cheer you up”

“You have done it”

“Really?”

“Yeah, that Zigzagoon plushie really cheered me up. I really like it. Thank you much”

“I’m glad you like it. I didn’t know what things you like and I thought on a plushie”

“You thought well; I love plushies”

“Then, next time we go out I should give you another one”

“I wouldn’t mind to go out with you once I got this bandages away. I’ll text you once I got free of them”

“And I’ll wait for it. I hope you’ll recover soon”

“Thank you, Piers”

I smiled as I told the Rotom Phone to search some random videos, still blushing after that conversation with Piers. Then I started to think about my uncle’s words. Maybe he was right, but how I could know it? Those feelings...I had them with Guzma, but they were gone after that day, and I was having them again, but this time was different. Was I having feelings for Piers? It could be a possibility, but I was insecure of what would happen. What happened between me and Guzma still hurted me, but my uncle was right; I should moved on, and who knows if this time was the right moment to do it. Glaceon looked at me and jumped on my lap, making me chuckle.

“Do you want to know something, Glaceon?” I asked and she tilted her head “I think I have feelings for Piers” I said and she moved her tail, happily “But I’m not sure...Those words that Guzma said still hurt me” Glaceon hissed and made a weird noise, showing her dislike for Guzma “I know...Who knows, maybe uncle Kabu is right...”

A week later passed after the incident with the Dynamax Haxorus. Finally I could remove the bandages and as uncle Kabu said, I got new scars. I sighed when I saw them, but for me, it was a normal thing. Most of my body was covered by scars and burns, and I learned to live with them. 

That day, after getting my wounds healed completly, I called Piers minutes later. At first I felt guilty cause he looked like he was sleeping and I just had woken him up, but he quickly rose happily when I told him about my wounds, and now I was trying to find the proper outfit for a date. I didn’t know if I should call it a date since we weren’t a couple, but my uncle didn’t stop teasing me with that. 

“Glaceon, what do you think?” I asked her showing her a blue short dress. She shook her head “No? Alright. Oh, and this? No again? Damn”

Then my Glaceon pointed to the black and white outfit formed by a white ruffled shirt with black short pants, and also with black short boots. I nooded and I removed the bathrobe and I got on the clothes I choosed, boots included. Then, I put my hair in a ponytail and I finished preparing myself when I put my necklace with my Key Stone, my Z-Power Ring on my left wrist and my Dynamax Band on my right wrist. I took my bag and together with Glaceon, we went out of the room.

“I’m going out uncle” I said “I promsie I’ll help you tomorrow with the Gym”

“Don’t worry about that, kiddo. Go and enjoy yourself” my uncle said

I smiled and I got out of the house, with my Glaceon next to me. I told Piers to meet me outside the Budew Drop Inn, and there he was, I blushed as I approached him. He was wearing a black outfit, with a pink shirt. It was weird seeing him without his Gym uniform, but the clothes he was wearing in that moment fit him very well.

“Sorry for being late” I said smiling

“You’re not late, and I don’t mind to wait a bit” he said, blushing a bit when he saw my clothes “So...What do you want to do first?”

“Maybe we could visit some places of Mototoske that I don’t know yet, and maybe we could have some ice cream later”

“Sounds good” Piers said smirking “Let’s go then”

We went to visit curious places of Mototoske, and I got surprised of how big the city was. We entered in one of the boutiques cause I was curious about the clothes, and Piers didn’t mind to wait inside while I took a look to the clothes; in fact, he suggested me to try some clothes. After that, he took me to the Battle Café that was in the city, in which the owner gave us some prizes if we defeated him. We accepted and the battle started. I used my Glaceon and Piers used his Obstagoon, while the café owner used a Swirlix and a Milcery. It was a hard battle for Obstagoon, cause according to the Pokedex, it was Dark type apart of being Normal type, but together with my Glaceon, they got their victory after defeating the two Type Pokemon. I was so happy that I hugged Piers, who gave a spin with me on his arms before putting me on the floor, both of us blushing madly. After congratuling us, the café owner gave us some Berry and Clover Sweets to us. Piers gave his to me, explaining that those Sweets were used to evolve Milcery to Alcremie, and he wasn’t an user of Fairy type pokemon. I blushed again as I put the Sweets on my bag before we took a seat in order to enjoy a very delicious ice cream. We shared stories and anecdotes for near an hour, and once we finished the ice creams, we paid them-well, Piers paid them; he wanted to pay them despite I told him to pay them between us; and then, we went for a slow walk.

“That was a really good battle” he said “I heard you were a very skilled trainer, and now I was able to see your skills in person”

“Oh, well, there are more people with the same skills like me”

“I’m not that sure since you are the World Champion and those people not”

I blushed when he said that “Oh, c’mon”

“I’m speaking the truth” Piers said with a smile

“Then I should tell you that you are also a very skilled trainer” I said

“Despite of not using Dynamax?”

“Yeah, that’s a very good thing because you don’t depend of Dynamax. That means that your strategies are good enough to be a very strong and skilled trainer without using Dynamax”

This time Piers was blushing. The weather got a bit cold and I couldn’t help but shiver, cursing to myself for not taking a jacket with me. “Here, take mine” Piers said putting his jacket on my shoulders, like the day when he found me in the Wild Area

“T-Thanks” I said blushing as we kept walking, blushing more when he put his arm over my shoulders and made me be close to him, trying to keep me warm. Okay, Raikichi, keep calm. Keep. Yourself. Calm.

“I really enjoyed this date with you, Raikichi” he said “I went out with other people before, but this time is the first time I really enjoyed to be with someone”

Keep calm, Raikichi, keep calm. “And if you want, I wish to have more dates like the one we had today” Okay, the keep calm mission has failed, and now I was blushing madly “What do you think?”

“I-I would like that” I said and he chukled

We finally reached my uncle’s flat. I gave Piers his jacket back and despite him telling me to keep it, he finally took it. Then, he kissed my forehead, making me blush “You’re a wonderful person, Raikichi” he said smiling

Still blushing, I smiled and I managed to tug him of his necklace and made him lean in order to kiss his cheek “And I can say the same of you, Piers” I whispered to his ear before letting him recover a bit his balance, allowing me to notice how madly he was blushing.

“So...We’ll keep in touch, ‘kay?” he said “See ya’ soon”

I smiled and nodded, seeing him going to the nearest Flying Taxi station. I shivered again whe I noticed the cold night wind, so I entered the house. Uncle Kabu was preparing dinner, and when he heard me enter, he smiled.

“Hello, kiddo. How was your date?”

“Wonderful” I said taking my boots off and putting my slippers on “It has been really wonderful”

“I’m glad of hearing that, Raikichi” he said, hugging me before letting me go “I’m happy of seeing you happy”

“I know...And you were right. Maybe I’ll be able to find someone to love” I said before entering my room in order to get on my sleeping clothes.

Once I was ready, I helped my uncle to prepare the table for dinner, answering his questions about my date, sometimes ending with me blushing a lot. After dinner, I went to my room cause I was really tired, I laid down on the bed, Glaceon curled next to me, and then, I smiled when I saw that I recieved a message from Piers.

“So...Did you really enjoy this day? I mean, it’s not the first time that we go out, but I want to make sure you enjoy going out with me”

“Of course I enjoyed it, Piers”

“I’m glad to hear that...I enjoyed too...Ahm...I liked that kiss too”

“Oh...I...I really liked too...Uhm...Piers?”

“Yeah?”

“Did I hurt you when I tug you by the necklace?”

“Nah, it only took me by surprise”

“I was worried that I could have hurt you...”

“Don’t worry, ‘kay? I was thinking on having another date soon, what do you think?”

“That sounds fine, but I have to see when I have free time”

“No problem, babe”

Wait, babe? He called me babe? Usually I could get a bit mad since the one who used to call me that was Guzma, but this time I found myself blushing.

“Oh, shit, I hope I didn’t offend you calling you ‘babe’“

“You didn’t...I don’t mind if you call me that” I was sure that Piers was blushing madly right now despite of not being able to see him “I...I have something to tell you...But I think it will be better if I tell you in person”

“Then I can wait until our next date to hear it. Good night, babe, and sleep well”

“Good night, Piers”

I put the phone next to me on the pillow as a smile decorated my lips and my cheeks got red. Glaceon curled next to me and I stroked her fur. Yeah, uncle Kabu was right. “Wanna know something, Glaceon? I think I found the person my heart tells me to love...”

Glaceon yawned and I yawned as well, closing my eyes and falling asleep as I heard Piers’ songs.

Been up for three days straight with no sleep. Packing and shipping off stuff. I love flying, it makes me feel high every time I go up or down in a plane. I was on a 13 hr flight plan. Before I left, I treated Nancy and Steven out to Miller’s ale house, then the next day, we went to Taste Of Vietnam & Maggie Moo’s. They even dressed up the first time. Brother in law was in a suit and sister was in dress and heels. Mamma Brenda told me two angels will look over me while I fly out. Their names were Gabriel & Matihas. Steven played an owl city song with aloe blacc for me before I left. Mamma dropped me off at the airport and I adulted again for the first time. Flying alone, no one in my family has done that before, at the ones I know. I’m a rebel. Crazy and ambitious. I was getting more and more restless as the hours went by. I was so excited. Plans me and babe had set were finally in motion ! I just couldn’t wait to see him. Ps. he knows how to fuck me right, Thank God. First flight, I made friends with a guy going to Detroit. He helped me with stuff I was confused about. The ticket guy scan my ticket, looked at me & say Aloha ! Delta knows how to feed a nigga. Only thing was their two salads; gourmet, yes but it taste like ass. So going through TSA checkpoint was pretty fun. My groin showed green. So I got patted up and down and hands checked. All I could think was Zaaayummmm I got some bomb ass pussy !! ^_^ In Atlanta, I watched flights take off, something happened so airport fire truck & ambulance came out. The lady standing at the flight screen helped me and flagged me down that I was going the wrong way to my flight gate lmao Boarding the plane, shit was freezing like north pole cold, my feet were swollen the whole flight. I befriended a radiologist from Charlotte, she’s 48 yrs old & her name was Charrisa. ( funny how life goes , the girl leon wanted to marry had the same name.) She was pretty much my flight mama & we helped each other with whatever even after we got off. She even gave me her blanket so I could be covered from head to toe. She taught me how to play sudoku and I caught onto it in like 10 seconds. She was a stylish mamma with her teletubbies suitcase lol I tried to sleep on the flight but the kid behind me kept whaling in my ear, I was about to say come sit on my lap and let’s colour. My body shocked me every time I tried to sleep, I bashed my heel so hard onto the metal underneath my foot, it made me angry so I stopped trying to sleep. I watched movies, played games, me and flight mamma was being flight monitors constantly looking at our flight details. She played words with friends and cookie jam most of the time while I attempted to sleep and keep myself busy. I remember getting up and thinking to myself I need to get the hell off this plane, let me go jump out the exit after seeing we had 6 hours left lol We were on a 9 hr 7min flight after leaving ATL. The girl in front of me talked so much throughout the flight trying to educate the lady next to her about Hawaiians & etc. Despite me talking shit, she dropped her pen, didn’t realize it so I picked it up and gave it back to her. Me and flight mamma ears kept popping the whole flight, every time we looked at the flight time, we would roll our eyes and laugh. I talked to her about Leon, she told me her friend she was visiting is retired army as well. Being up in the clouds was so amazing, I know for sure I’m pursuing a pilot’s license. I asked flight mum why she barely open the window, she told me the couple behind us kept shutting it down, which I didn’t realize til later after we tried opening it up so many times lol Everyone wanted to be in darkness or something, heard it was about being able to see the screen. Me and flight mamma were one of the last people to go pee. She told me we have yet to go use the restroom, honestly I was waiting on her to want to go because I was too shy to get up in front of everyone by myself. We both lost our way to our seats and had to flag each other down. Delta kept asking us if we needed drinks. They also fed us pretty well, so many snacks. I couldn’t poop because I didn’t know if someone else needed to use the bathroom & one of the flight attendants made me uncomfortable. The last and one movie I actually watched was Kong Island. It was great ! I hope King Kong finds a partner tbh. The bingo game was flawed asf, the whole board filled up and it kept saying I didn’t have a valid bingo. Flying in was amazing, scenery was beautiful. We had to sign a form saying we won’t carry seeds and etc into Hawai'i. When asked my purpose for being here, I wrote this: My boo bear ^_^ I always find time to goof off lol Me and flight mamma lost each other trying to find the baggage claim but She found me and her friend lei her and I was standing at the wrong baggage claim until he came over and asked if I sky or regular. After they seen my luggage , they offered me this cart to carry my stuff, how kind. Boo Bear saw me , kissed me and lei me. Bruh. The love I was feeling made me so fucking high as tired as I was. Babe gives me these stares that makes me feel like I’m the luckiest girl In the world because he looks at me with such love and admiration. Babe house is freezing, he likes it cold, glad I brought my winter clothes ! LOL He made me feel so welcomed saying things in context like this is your new home, our home , we this and that etc. Made me feel like wow all the shit we talk and dream about and made plans for ACTUALLY happened. I wanted to fuck & blow baes brains out and ride him out into the sunset when I came but he layed me down and helped me sleep. We went to Wal-Mart and the prices are more than Florida but not as scary as I imagined. Mickey d’s here isn’t any different from what I see in Florida. We went to Tantalus. (Mountain side) It was beautiful, saw all of Honolulu. Narrow roads, every turn you were bound to crash into a tree or go off the road. But babe knows his way and he’s a racecar driver 💙 It started raining while I was taking pictures so babe gave me an umbrella and the thing turned upside down on me 😂😅 Gonna send my mommy postcards of me in Hawaiian dresses lol Everyone is happy for me and pretty supportive, They feel I deserve it and that this is a right move for me in my life. Funny, even the ones who forgot about me was happy for me. Some people on the other hand wanna act upset and shit. They try to hate on my relationship saying oh we only been together for a week yet they don’t know the history. I brush that shit off like sand on my shoes. I been getting bad batches of men left to right. Finding love in all the wrong places but now I have a good man by my side and he treats me right , treats me good, fucks me right, motivates me to be/do better. I don’t know how the hell I got so lucky and blessed. When I look at Leon sometimes, something about him ignities a wildfire inside of me and I just fall immensely for him. He makes me so happy to the point where I asked him if the devil sent him. God this is the best thing that EVER happened to me besides my birth. I been so high on life I honestly find it hard to focus on the negative. I find it bad because whenever I get snapped on, I have no emotions about it , Hell I might even laugh. But can you believe it… I’m in Hawai'i and my home is Waipahu !! It hasn’t hit me yet that I actually flew out for 13 hrs and I’m here with my honey pie like I don’t have to wait , I don’t have to talk through Snapchat or video chat, I have him in flesh with me , showering me with love and all. What more could I ask for. I always wanted two things in life besides being happy and successful which was to love and to be loved. Now it is happening. I feel like I won the lottery lord. Nancy and Taylor and a few more people called me crazy , they say what girl drops everything to go move and be with a guy. One who is crazy, got big ass cojones , in love and got faith that shit will work out , that’s who. Whatever happened in the past, It’s in the past & I put it behind me. Time to look up and forward.
