learned that injecting testosterone wrong can result in nerve damage.... thinking about in PT when it took several tries for my reflex in my right knee to work.... have.. have i been injecting T wrong?? for five years??? and slowly worsening my disability??????

good thing my incredible doctor was genuinely shocked and appalled at the lack of tests ive gotten and ordered me to be tested for various issues

#bug talks #he even said that the testosterone might be worsening it & i said id wondered that too #but when i looked up how to inject T to make sure i hadnt been doing it wrong/forgotten the proper way to do it #it looks like i am doing it correctly #45° angle pinch the skin and inject #but maybe im doing it too fast??#but like testosterone is hard to push outta the needle you gotta put some OOMPH into it so idk #maybe ive done it at the wrong angle a few times????#idk #but the fact that injecting wrong results in nerve damage AND it took like 6/7 tries before my reflexes kicked in (pun-intended) scares me
