actually obsessed with character slander, especially if it's about my favorite character, considering they'll come up with things the character didn't even do just to have something to complain about instead of the Actual things the characters did that they could complain about

#max screams #i just saw one where this person said 'he wants to sleep with children and is a creep >:('#he doesnt?????#he canonically threw up bc he saw a sixteen year old with a lord of the house #like. his love interest was his student.#......that is the same age as him #its not even making it up for the fic either #like. they literally made up this whole thing how this character (who is also the Narrator)#was secretly related to another student and wanted to sleep with him #then said that the canonical li is in love with the other student #but was 'pressured' into being in a relationship with him #(he was not. he canonically was in love with him first as a child and wanted to marry him the whole series)#like. not even saying for a fic. they are saying this is the canonical story. when its. definitely Not.#they also said the mc was a bad teacher (well. considering his students are not only the most renound in the land #and he also was forced into the teacher position. And his students stick up for him no matter what. im going to say thats also false)#you do you boo but im different #if i dont like somebody i just will say flat out i dont like them #if you want a reason to ship the characters that see themselves as found family/rivals you do whatever #but like. saying its canon is Hilarious when youre just trying to get sympathy #its also important to note they are the only ones going through with the hate train #like. other people either seem to love him or have a neutral opinion #even if they dont like his canonical relationship #but this one is just horribly ooc?? not even in the usual slandering way that people that use that tag are #also they said he was not only a misogynist but also a transmisogynist #.....bc he said he couldnt be gay when he was in the closet #like. he gen didnt know??? plus its established Why hes like that #while others in the world arent #simply bc he came from a homophobic world #hes also. not shitting on anyone???#he was just worried everything was happening 'wrongly' bc of his interference
