listening to Gangsta by Kehlani and thinking about an AU where Mary properly taught Neil how to survive the criminal world. thinking of andrew who for all intents and purposes is just some guy that grew up to be tough but doesn't really know the world of organized crime.

Thinking about Andrew offering to keep Neil's back after Kathy's show and neil whos been adrift since Mary's death and hasn't been taking care of himself taking him up on the offer.

Thinking about how they get closer and Neil wants to have Andrews back too. thinking of Neil using his knowledge to protect Andrew. Thinking of neil whos been making connections in dark places since Millport to keep track of his fathers' people and then using those connections to get things for andrew (buys Eden's Twilight for him, buys out the judge that put him on the meds. puts anonymous hits out on all the people who ignored Andrew's 'no'.)

Thinking of Andrew for the first time making a deal with someone and that person follow through and then also return the favour tenfold (pipedream).
