An Introduction to My Team!

With my trip to the Galar Region in the horizon, I thought it would be a great time to introduce everyone to my team. While I know that Galar might have restrictions on some Pokémon entering the region, I’d still like talk about them.

The first of them is my partner Pokémon. While certain trainers start with basic elemental (Grass-, Fire-, or Water-type) starters, mine was a Ghost-type.

This is Stitches the Banette. Though I AM from Mistralton City in Unova, I received an egg from a family friend who traveled--and lived in--Hoenn. It hatched into a Shuppet who wound up housed in a Premier Ball! Stitches has been my partner ever since.

Stitches is a male Banette, with the Cursed Body ability. Boy has that saved us from quite a few bad situations. His nature is Brave, which means he might not be the quickest, but his attacks hit hard!

He’s pretty mischievous, and his attacks show it! He was hatched knowing an egg move, which was a surprise! That move was Phantom Force! It was a surprise when he used it as a Shuppet! He also knows Knock Off, Infestation (to help deal with pesky Dark-types) and Will-O-Wisp.

When we finished the gym challenge in Unova (with the help of quite a few new Pokémon friends who I’ll talk about), Stitches and I were given a Keystone and a Banettite, These were really useful when we moved on Kalos!

I still don’t know if I’ll be able to bring Stitches with me to Galar, and while I hope he’ll have a chance to come, if he can’t he’ll be fine at home.
