The second that voice hit his ears, Grant knew exactly who he was dealing with and he cursed under his breath. The two men had what one might call an unusual relationship - but Grant had promised himself that he would never harm Vic unless he gave him reason to. That said, having a gun pointed at his face was hardly a favourite pastime. 

“You’re lookin’ great too.” he replied, his gun at his side but ready to fire should the need arise. “You’re wishing I was here to see you? Shame. I’m on a job - you haven’t seen a wendigo around these parts, have you?” No use beating around the bush, Vic was also skilled and it was never a bad thing to utilise the people around you. If it helped him find the damn thing, it was worth it.
