hello, i am a c!etho fictionkin/id from hermitcraft seasons 8-10. i am looking for a playlist, i dont care what the theme is. i only really listen to fast-paced or energetic songs but exceptions are fine. i like most genres, but my favorites are anything rave influenced, e.g. scene(or scenecore), happy hardcore, etc. i also enjoy glitchpop/breakpop as well as indie/indie rock. instrumentals are cool. if it matters, some of my favorite artists atm are: talkshow boy, femtanyl, any members of the crash blossoms collective (but especially stomach book, starri, and doin' fine), the paper chase, mailpup + salv the dog, the crane wives. i would prefer that at least one or some of those are on the playlist. i Apologize if this is over specific!!

So this week has been interesting for memories.

First i came up with a whole new theory for the life games/series and how it started. It makes WAY more sense then the original one. I wanna go over it with my source mates before talking about it here.

Cw for last life stuff in this paragraph. Second i was randomly given a last life memory today, which is a big deal since i only remember a few things. I was thrown into the memory of seeing someone chasing me up the stairs into mine and Bdubs base, and saying to myself "i gotta get away from them". As i reached the top of the stairs i got stuck between them and a wall, and then i was back here. Can't make out who was chasing me, all i know is they 1. were out for murder, and 2. they were either a boogie man or red life since they had red eyes (both had them).

Oh i also had someone scare me really badly by playing a game, a horn that was used in dl a lot randomly played from it. I was just relaxing doing my own thing and as soon as I hear that i look up very surprised.

Hallo! Back again with a request, for an Etho doodle this time- fox spirit version. He wore this thing with a fluffy collar, long sleeves that kinda drape down a bit that are white at the ends, light blue as it goes up to the top, and have gold leaf patterns in the white area as well as some swirly cloud things? He wore leather boots, when he had boots. He could make himself look more human, but had a rather vocal distaste for it and shoes in general- he preferred to go barefoot which is *bad* considering the whole snow and ice thing but noooooo- when we can convince him to wear them he has fur lined leather ones that can glide over powder snow and ice alike so I’m pretty sure they’re magic. A white fox mask, which looked kinda funky as he already had fox ears. He had a belt with little baubles hanging from it, and a fishing rod but it was odd looking, and had a little golden orb at the end? Like above the hook I think, it glowed sometimes and had a little swirl. It worked as a normal fishing rod, but it was reinforced as his main tool when it came to shenanigans and fighting too. (He will use it to yeet people around, and that is a threat) I thiiiiink that’s about it description wise. He really enjoyed playing up his cryptidness whenever he was in this form, coming out of mist and snowfall and vanishing back into it like a ghost. He became known for being not only a trickster, but a protector and guide too, which is a fun combination -🐉

went a little overboard but this was REALLY fun so. :]

hello!! happy nihime! in my kin religion(xeditism) nihime is the day of rest and appreciating the outside from inside! also, i’ve decided to get into hermitcraft! i’ve never watched a single bit of it before but i really want to get into it bc it seems so cool! so, and i know this is a ridiculous and stupid thing to ask, how would i start watching? like how could i get to know most of the storyline and lore and just generally get up to date on everything and just start watching? sorry to be a nuisance sbskxbdb i know it’s such a stupid request but yeah! and have a lovely day :))) -🌧(?)

but YEAH hermitcraft resets every season, and you don't need any of the previous knowledge to get into it :] also it's completely not a stupid question at all !!! i got into hc pretty recently too and i get it can be confusing if you have no clue how it even works !! i love answering questions too hehe

the lore isn't suuper complex or in depth either, like it's more casual than dsmp, so it's easier to get into !! you can just start at the beginning of anyone's s8 playlist, pretty sure everyone has like 2 episodes max, so this is the perfect time to get into it!

if you want advice on who to watch, i don't watch a ton of people so i might not be the best person to ask, but i like grian, scar, bdubs, keralis, etho, and rendog! it's probably best to stick to 1 or 2 povs (i'm mostly just watching grian and checking out others if i have time) plus there's also a hermitcraft recaps channel that says what everyone is up to so you don't have to watch everyone, i'm pretty sure ? lmk if you have any other questions, and fellow hermitcraft watchers feel free to jump in with your own info bc i am honestly pretty new to it too !!

I finally figured out a good new kin question! It's technically a few in one though.

In HermitCraft did you ever have any special item you always had? If so how did you acquire it? also have you remade it here? And if you have a headspace (system or singlet) do you still have it there?

I had/have an unusually large iron axe! I've been trying to remember where it came from. I think it was a gift from someone (X?) when I first joined HC, or I made it pretty early on. I have not remade it here, although my partners (I'll talk about them more in the future probably) have wanted to remake it for me as a gift. And i do still have it in our innerworld. I keep it strapped to my back like most of the time, unless I'm sitting weirdly or laying down, when I do take it off I keep it always in reach. By now it's pretty beat up, it has some blood stains on it from things during the life games and probably HC, it's also got dents and chips. I'm guessing I must have repaired it regularly on HC since it's only iron but quite old.

nothing really comes to mind i guess? my memory isn’t the best though.. when we [X & me] were younger we [me, X, & dad] couldn’t settle down for long, not after what happened. i don’t remember much before the incident, but i do have some memories of my mum. due to moving around so much, i never really got anything i guess. on hermitcraft i do have a comfort item and my favorite weapon though! my favorite weapon is an enchanted netherite (upgraded from diamond so the diamond still shows in some spots) axe and irrc i named it ‘the good kush’ after the vine. either my axe or my bow is named that- i can’t remember exactly. and my comfort item is my strider plushie -mod ex

I just miss my Cleo so much, she was so amazing. Since I sent that last "kin questions" thing (which I will send another one eventually! I just need to figure out a new one lol) it brought up certain memories and made me realise how close we actually were. We were best friends (in a platonic way) and was so good to me. I remember the star gazing thing I talked about before (I had/have insomnia and we would stay up late together just talking), we would also go together on long travels to keep the other company, (I have one specific memory, we were in a desert just walking I think traveling somewhere to get some item. I was walking backwards telling her about something and heard "Etho watch out!", I than fell into a hole. After being laughed at I got lectured on "why we walk forwards") I can also remember another time when I think I was helping her build some grand project of hers, I also randomly remembered that I think she was a bit taller than me.

I'm having another "I wanna send a kin call but are too scared to" moment right now. This time not to talk about the life games (what I and my timeline mates call 3rdl/ll/dl normally), but to just talk to her and see how she's doing. But I know there's very little chance my exact Cleo exists here, my TL was so non-canon and unique that I've never bothered. Plus I'm worried that if I do meet one then we'll get an introject of her, which would get awkward.

I just wanna hug her and say hello and ask what's up and what she's been doing in the months since we last spoke. I want to know if she's missed me as much as I miss her. I wanna tell her that for the past two weeks (or whenever I sent that last ask. Idk we have time blindness) anytime I go outside at night I think about her remembering our star gazing.

Fair enough to all of that man, it's normal to miss people from your source and canon and it gets worse the more non canon you get, cuz then you'll have a bunch of people who act and look like your friend but are just different enough that it's not the same and it feels almost wrong, and upsetting. Hallo! Another request that’s a bit long and ramblym, hope you don’t mind. Could I request a moodboard for my Etho? He’s, kinda like Shrub from empires with her wolf spirit, only Ethos was a Fox spirit and from an ice spikes empire. He was really mischievous, and tended to prank folks by offering blue ice he carved and polished to look like diamonds in exchange for things. (He always protested he never *claimed* they were diamonds, just offered if they wanted “these” in exchange. Some people took the prank better than others) Could I get a moodboard with themes of winter and mischief for him? -🐉
