Comparatively, my own Judy is a little bit more puppet-like and has a little bit of a wooden finish as opposed to silicone or steel, but she's just as much of a sweet, knowledgeable, and well-worked Suit as anyone else. (＠＾０＾)

The short answer: yes.

The long answer?

In Sweet Dreams Valley, native inhabitants such as myself are capable of eating dreams. This culminates in a form of magic -- hence, it is not restricted to those originating from the Stone & Iron District.

Usually, this magic is stored to save for utmost importance -- be it granting a wish, handling a dangerous situation, protecting oneself, giving a blessing, that sort of use.

You can use this magic for other purposes -- it is magic, after all, and it is up to the user's discretion as to what they use it for.

It is highly frowned upon to use it for such malicious acts, and it is actually considered a form of tort to use consumed sleep magics for nightmares. ESPECIALLY right now.
