lonely freddy (and by extension, other lonely style fazbear crew) is from an offbrand freddies! they aren't apart of the main company, and are mostly imitation animatronics. at some point fazbear ent got their hands on the company, though

millie is Indian and also related to jeremy fitzgerald! they are half siblings. Millie just uses "Fitz" as it's her mothers name, and when her mother remarries, the child gets a mix of the names. So jeremy is fitz + geraldtine, millie is fitz + simmons.

greg used to live in hurricane but his parents moved to st george so he missed like ALL of the fazbear horrors (except for what followed him out of there)

hazel & alec are american + chinese. hazel has autism and adhd and her hyperfx is unfortunately the offbrand freddies. bad because her brother got body swapped there and then it got removed for copyright infringement. she also just enjoys cartoons the Everyday Autism amount

History/Background:

Indy was found at a HYDRA base (about early/mid Season 2) by SHIELD agents; Agent Morse, Agent May, Agent Coulson, Agent Johnson, and Agent Hunter. According to her and HYDRA data, she had been there ever since she was 2-3 yrs old or as long as she could remember, as a lab rat for HYDRA’s experiments (they did not find any additional information on her, her family or where she was from). The agents who found her brought her back to SHIELD HQ, and after about six months of rehabilitation and therapy (and learning basic words/sign language), she joined SHIELD as a field agent.

The only clue they had to who she was was a scraggly teddy bear with a faded name written on it's foot- Daisy could make out the name Indy, so that's what they called her.

It was quickly discovered after her rescue that she had supernatural abilites- the ability to alter and manipulate her body heat to extreme temperatures, and even project it out of her own body. She has since learned to control her abilities and use them in combat situations.

Daisy will ruffle Indy’s hair and get a whined “Daisyyyy” out of Indy as she bats her hand away

Daisy is, according to Mack and Coulson, a “bad influence” on Indy

Guess who’s back, back again, Skye’s Downton Abbey AU is back, tell a friend. HOORAY it is my most beloved fic’s FIRST BIRTHDAY (can you believe it) and I just had to mark it in some way. Downton is fairly well known for its Christmas episode, and so I thought ah hell, Christmas in September! 2020 has already been insane why not just bump up christmas a few months! This is an ENTIRELY original story, I have brought in elements of the Downton plot to suit me, but for the absolute majority this is my own work, just within the realm of that same Downton AU world. It was so lovely revisiting this world, I really do love the little universe that I’ve built up here and god it was just so nice to come back to it. I also want to mark my utter astonishment at how well the two worlds come together?? Like even when I was first writing TLatC last year it was just so easy to combine these worlds of modern day spying and tech and espionage and early 20th century england??????? Anyway, I will stop my normal rambling and let you get to the reading!

Ch 8

Bucky and Steve both texted when they landed. The texts became infrequent after that, but it was enough to keep you from worrying too much. Instead, you tried to stay focused on work. As an added distraction, you and Bruce had been having lunch together… since Natasha was gone on the mission with the boys. Tony was out of the country with Pepper, leaving the lab a bit too quiet… but even without his unique brand of distraction, you were doing okay. You were managing. Then, you got a call from Fitz… and your world… stopped.

 Jemma had been taken. He didn’t have many details, but he needed you. The team needed you. Most importantly? Jemma needed you. You were packing before you even ended the call. Coulson had agreed, after Fitz relayed your wishes, to send a quinjet to pick you up so you could meet up with your old team, that way they didn’t have to lose time if they got a lead. You changed quickly, gearing up without having to think about it. Pulling your bag over your shoulder you grabbed your phone. You emailed Tony as you walked toward the lab, letting him know you had a personal emergency and you’d be out of the lab for a bit.

Bruce looked up as you entered the lab, stopping work almost immediately when he saw you. “What happened? Is it the team?”

 “No,” you replied quickly, trying to calm him. “No, last I heard they’re doing well, might even finish earlier than expected,” you gave him a tight smile. “My friend Jemma… it’s a long story, but she’s been compromised and my old team needs me there. I just didn’t want you to worry.”

 Bruce seemed to look at you more closely. “You’re dressed for fieldwork.”

 “I wasn’t always just a lab rat, Bruce,” you gave him a soft smile. “How many lab rats stitch themselves up?”

 “Do you need…” Bruce hesitated.

 “I think we’re okay,” you squeezed his shoulder in thanks. “But, I will keep in touch, and let you know if that changes. Thank you. Really.”

              He nodded. “Bucky, Steve, do they…”

              “I’m going to text them. I probably won’t get too detailed until I know the mission is over, though. I don’t want them distracted.”

              “That makes sense, I guess,” Bruce sighed. “Just, be careful.”

              “I will,” you promised. It wasn’t a lie. You’d be careful… but you’d also do anything you needed to if it meant getting Jemma back to Leo safe and sound.

              Standing on the landing pad, you fished your phone out, starting a group text to Bucky and Steve���

              Hope it’s still going well. Just wanted to let you know… my old team needs my help for a few days, so I’m going to be away from the compound. Be safe! Miss you both!

             It was the truth, but way less information than you would give them if they weren’t on a mission. You felt a small twist of guilt at the thought of them finding out the whole truth as you shoved your phone back into your pocket.

              Bucky frowned at his phone as he walked up the ramp onto the quinjet.

              “Ready to head home, boys?” Natasha called from the pilot’s seat.

              “More than,” Steve muttered.

              When Bucky only grunted, they both turned to look at him. “What’s up?” Nat asked, turning back to start readying the jet for takeoff.

              “Just got a weird text from Hazel… something about her old team needing her.”

              Steve pulled his phone out, checking it. “It’s a bit vague, but she’s smart, not surprised they’re missing her.”

              Bucky shook his head. “But what if it’s more than that. She made some comments before we left about being in the field…”

              “What?! What the hell, Buck? Why’d you keep that from me?”

              “I didn’t want to worry you… and I didn’t want to think on it. She isn’t field rated, so I figured it was little stuff that she was guarded for, but no one else could do, or something… but…”

              “Wow… you boys really need to talk to your third,” Nat chuckled, glancing back at them. “I don’t know her personally, never met her until she came to work with Stark. But I know the guy who recommended her… and I might have read that recommendation after her adorable little show with her friend. She could probably hold her own with most of our team. She just didn’t ask for field work… she would’ve been approved for it.”

              Bucky and Steve stared at Nat for a minute before looking at each other.

              “Well, shit.”

              “Yeah, you said it, Stevie. So, how worried should we be about her leaving with her team?”

              “Take over here, I’ll see what I can find out,” Nat said, letting Bucky take control of the jet and pulling out her phone.

 ***

              “I don’t like it,” Coulson sighed, looking from you to May, then Daisy, and settling on Fitz. “Jarrett, you’ve been out of the field for…”

              “Which is why it’s our best chance,” you cut in. “I’m not someone they’ll recognize. Daisy and May can be backup, but I might be able to get to Jemma without trouble if I go in alone. It’s unlikely they know me, sir. We should use it to our advantage.”

              Coulson looked back to May.

              May shrugged. “You know she’s right. Neither of us have to like it, but it’s our best chance for extracting Simmons without incident. And Daisy and I will be ready if she needs us.”

              Fitz paced again, stopping in front of Coulson. “Please, sir. I understand why I can’t go in, but if Hazel goes… just… please?”

              “Her attachment is a reason she shouldn’t go, not one she should,” Coulson grumbled.

              You tensed. “We’re all attached. The only reason Fitz is benched is the soulmate thing. You know you’d never let another team handle this. And you know I can compartmentalize. I would never risk Jemma’s safety over my emotions.”

              “And your safety?”

              You didn’t answer, meeting Coulson’s glare with one of your own.

              “Do you have another plan?” May interrupted your stare down.          

              “No. Damn it. Fine, we go with this,” he pointed his finger at you. “Don’t make me regret it.”

              “Thank you, sir,” Fitz breathed, the relief in his voice palpable.

              Everyone dispersed, readying for the extraction. You watched as Fitz collapsed into his chair. “I’ll bring her home, Leo. You know I will, right?”

              He looked up at you. “Of that, I have no doubt. I just… what are they doing to her?”

              “They need her for something. They won’t hurt her,” you tried to sound more convinced of that than you felt.

              “She told me… you know. About your soulmates.”

              You sat next to him, sighing. “I figured she would.”

              “Do they know you’re here?”

              “Sort of? I told them I was needed, but I didn’t want to worry them while they were on mission. I actually got a text a bit ago that they’re heading home.”

              “Are you going to tell them you’re going in?”

              “I’m not sure I should. But, at the same time I don’t want to lie, you know? What do you think I should do?”

              “Did they give you details of their mission?”

              You shook your head.

              “Well, maybe just tell them you have a mission, and might be spotty with your communication for a bit? That way they know, but you don’t have to get into details.”

              “That’s… actually a really good compromise. Thanks, Fitz,” you gave him a hug as you stood. “I should get ready.”

              “I wish I was coming with you.”

              “I know, but you’ll be at the extraction. And she’d rather you be waiting for her there, safe.”

              “Yeah… thank you… for doing this. I know that you didn’t want to do fieldwork anymore…”

              “You know I wouldn’t leave this to anyone else.”

              “Not even your two hunky soulmates?” Fitz teased.

              “Well, they could help…”

              You both laughed as you headed to get ready.

              “Fucking hell,” Bucky muttered, setting his phone on the counter and leaning against it.

              “What?”

              “What happened, Barnes?”

              “She’s going ‘on a mission’ and might be out of touch for a few days,” Bucky grumbled, not looking up.

              Steve pulled his phone out, quickly reading the message, before passing his phone to Natasha.

              “She group-texted you? That’s kind of adorable.”

              “Not the point, Tash,” Bucky sighed.

              “Right,” Nat handed Steve his phone back, pulling hers out and checking it. “Well, according to one of my contacts, the friend she was so excited to see? Looks as though she was taken by some not so nice people. I’m guessing their team is working on getting her back.”

              “Shit!” Bucky bit out, barely stopping himself from hitting something. “What do we do?”

              “Should we see if we can find her friend ourselves?” Steve asked, watching Bucky as he started to pace.

Under the cut, because my history of shipping, or multishipping (because you know me, but I only put in gifs of single ships, b/c tumblr gif inserting function hates me), is a bit long even with only hyperfixations.

1. Victoria Hughes/Lucas Ripley (Station 19)

Ah, yes, I’m back in this hellhole, rereading fanfic, because Grey’s & 19 are back and easy to watch legally without jumping through hoops and I know I’d said I wouldn’t but then I was bored and now I have all these feels again. (I’ll say a few things on it in a separate post when the season’s done in three eps.)

Anyway, this one slammed into me last spring out of the blue, but how could I not ship it when it checks all the right points? 

2. Garcia Flynn/Lucy Preston (Timeless)

Another Kripke show, and third time being the charmed, Kripke and co. actually learned from their past mishaps and actually made a good show (except the finale, but what finale? I don’t know it.)

So, there’s this tall, dark, brood, and bad (or maybe not) and lil’ miss goody two shoes (or maybe not) who get each other, what’s not to ship?

3. Bellamy Blake/Roan (The 100)

(No gif, b/c it’s a minuscule ships with maybe 5 gis and tumblr is a bitch, nothing shows up in search and apparently now you can’t save & reupload gifs - which is a good thing, finally, should’ve done it sooner.)

Oh, boys! My boys. I love(d) them so much. The last ship I have written extensively for - even the most extensively after Revolution (I, mean I only published one short oneshot, but the 35K monsterfic that is 3/4 done is still there in my drafts and I still think about it and them, because dammnit.)

Also very good with Clarke thrown in, or just Roan and Clarke (which I also managed to publish a fic for and kudoses that still come on the regular keep my writing heart at least hibernating and warm - here’s to hoping it wakes up from hibernation one day and I can write again.)

4. Shelby Wyatt/the Haases (Quantico)

Yes, all of them. Even Claire, because why not. And I’m sure if they had had the sister on the show, I’d have shipped her with her, too. 

(I mean, I’d say I only shipped Shelby separately with each of them and I didn’t think of also poly shipping them, but that would be a lie and hardly the worst thing I’ve ever thought of shipping.

I hardly said anything about it on here because that was the peak of Moral Purity Wars time on here and Shelby was wildly hated across fandom, ugh, so I jsut squealed a lot inwardly. 

5. Grant Ward/Leo Fitz & Jemma Simmons/Sunil Bakshi (Agents of Shield)

Ugh, then there was this shitshow I loathe. But for a while there, there were good things. And now we’re really getting into my multishipping tendencies. 

I started with Fitzward, surfed Skyeward, and then hurled straight into Bakshi/Simmons, also managed to write a ton of fic for the first and the last, but none for the middle. 

(That was also the era when I was into highly questionable stuff, like I may or may not have half a notebook of a Ward/Simmons/Rumlow fic somewhere, oops. But I have no regrets, so we understand each other. And that isn’t the worst thing that’s ever come across my shippery imagination, either.)

6. CM2 or Charlie/Miles/Bass (Revolution)

The best fandom had the best ships! 

Who even got me into this show? It may even have been @lglorien​ who mentioned the new Kripke show when we were both binging SPN that summer. And then she didn’t even watch all of it and left me to suffer on my own. 

Well, not on my own, because I found the best fandom along the way, so yay!

Anyway.

If you think knowing Miles was Charlie’s uncle stopped from shipping them from the moment she stepped in The Grand in the pilot and he was an asshole to her, you don’t know me. Then Miloe flashbacks happened in ep. 3. And I simultaneously started shipping that and noticed Charlie and Bass have things in common (mainly, Miles being an asshole to them, as it turned out later.)

But there were so many other good ships (Jeremy x everyone, yes?) and some random minor ones, including one or two of only my own concoction. 

And nobody hated anyone for shipping. The best of times, really. 

7. Elijah Mikaelson x everyone (TVD/TO)

Elijah is very shippable with anyone, but Elijah/Elena - there’s a lady who’s not on tumblr anymore (Hazel) that got me into this, and Elijah/Elena/Klaus - the fault of Sandrine_Shaw on AO3′s fics - were on top of my faves (and still are, TBH.) 

You know, when itsy bitsy vulnerable human dares (the nerve! negotiate with a big bad original? Elijah was impressed. And so was I. The rest was history. 

And for the second, well, when the two Original dumbasses keep falling for the same version of one woman, the solution is rather obvious. 

8. Dean Winchester/Sam Winchester & Dean Winchester/Castiel (SPN)

Yes, I was a Wincest shipper, that shouldn't surprise anyone. Because the early seasons had their charm. And then Cas showed up and jumped onto a Destiel bandwagon as well. So, yeah. 

9.  Buffy Summer/Spike (Buffy the Vampire Slayer) 

There were a few years when I had to much work and studying to watch things, so now this trip into shipping history brings us to early 2000s/1990s. 

I liked Buffy/Angel well enough, but Buffy/Spike was it! I mean, he went to get his soul back for her. That scene when he’s hugging the cross haunts me to this day. Enough said. 

10.  Harmon Rabb Jr./Sarah MacKenzie (JAG)

Oh, god, Harm and Mac! Ship of all ships. The show tried to throw three different women at him and the third stuck. And we had to go through 8 seasons of slowburn then. A+++++

And, um, yes I shipped Mac with Webb for a while, too, because it’s me. 

But yeah. As far as I’m concerned Harm and Mac are happily married and managing their careers and NCIS: LA can bite me with their BS in last season finale. . 

11. Xena/Gabrielle (Xena: Warrior Princess)

Back when my very catholic grandma watched Xena and Hercules with me and also shipped Xena/Gabrielle, because ‘sometimes girls like girls, it’s nice’. Good times. 

I also crosshiped her with Herc, a bit. and definitely had a thing for Xena/Ares. Yep, my ship type started showing early.

Obviously, there have been a lot of other ships, but I tried to stick with the major fixations, otherwise we’d be here all week. (I haven’t even mentioned Marvel, or for that matter, books, so many books.)
