from the pictures, the part of the quarry that was in the vampire diaries was just all that FOREST they loved so much. i guess it's the same for the hunger games??

#i didn't watch the walking dead #but i don't remember a bigass cliff in thg #like i do from the books but that was a cool backstory moment #haymitch weaponising the arena's forcefield and winning with twice as many tributes #iconic #so naturally it didn't make it into the films #because the films were like what if we made it BORING #that's a lie they're not boring they're just. worse. and sanitised.#and feel like they were made by the villains #awkward :/#actually no mockingjay part 1 WAS boring #and part 2 felt like no one wanted to be there #everyone was over it #including the actors
