A game that keeps a special place in my heart is Neotokyo.
Neotokyo is sci-fi Shooter made from S.Radi8 in 2009. It plays in a futuristic Japan. The general theme of the game is motivated by the Anime Ghost in the Shell.
I have a personal bond to it because it was really the first game I played in and day out and was hooked to it. Hence because the game is partially dead there is only games on Fridays.
Fridays are Neotokyo days. “Friday Friday gotta play Neotokyo on Friday”  is what we said on Rains Server (Rip rains server btw). The game is still alive and enjoys its casual Friday Games. On top of that we have little tournaments. Got asked a few times to be a backup support, buuuuut I suck so I declined ahahahaha.
The game has bugs and we love them, the game crashes and we love it , the community is a bunch of meme lords and WE FUCKING GOD DAMN LOVE IT !!!
Neotokyo has hands down one of the best, most friendly and funniest communities. You feel literally as a part of it, not just like another player…
It is free to play so give it a shot :D I’m Maverick btw if you see me in the server.

Journey.
It is one of my favorite games of all time.
See the game is short, you don’t have a lot of dialog going on in the game. Tbh none. But still interacting with the environment as minimalistic that it is. IT IS AWESOME. I know that I’m kinda late to the party when I write about this game, but look at this post more like “hey don’t forget about this Gem of gaming history”.
If you never played it you are missing out in life. 10/10 still when I see the end I cry tears not of sadness. But tears from a shitload of emotions!

Shawn Huckins’ “Athenaeum (I Can’t Pretend That This Is Poetry)” at Foster / White.
Opening on Thursday, October 5th, 2017 at Foster / White Gallery in Seattle, Washington is artist Shawn Huckin’s exceptional solo show of new brilliant new paintings entitled “Athenaeum (I Can’t Pretend That This Is Poetry).”
Huckins explains his work as “[exploring] 18th and 19th century American painting and photography in context of 21st century lexicons - Facebook status updates, tweets, texting acronyms - that permeate today’s popular culture.  The process is a methodical replication of the original work, each painted by hand followed by the superimposition of large white letters, also painted, of social media jargon.”
The exhibition will be on view until October 21st, 2017.  It should not be missed if you’re in the area.

The Supersonic Interview: Al Diaz of SAMO©.
If you’re looking to define the word “original,” you could easily use Al Diaz as an example.  Al began a storied graffiti career in 1971 in New York City as BOMB-ONE, making him eponymous with the beginnings of the now flourishing art movement. It just so happens, also, that Al was part of, possibly, the greatest graffiti collaboration to have ever taken place: SAMO©.
The SAMO© tag – Pronounced Same-oh and meaning “Same Old Shit” – was formed alongside his friend and artistic icon Jean-Michel Basquiat during their days in High School.  The now legendary moniker accompanied poetic, thought-invoking sayings scrawled on countless surfaces across downtown New York City and created a remarkable amount of confusion, buzz and excitement.  By the late 1970s the two had tagged so many locations that Jeffrey Deitch remarked “you couldn’t go anywhere interesting in Lower Manhattan without noticing that someone named SAMO© had been there first.”
The two went their separate ways in 1980, tagging throughout New York City that “SAMO© IS DEAD” but, thanks to Donald Trump’s presidency, Diaz has resurrected the iconic tag, filling his Instagram with numerous incredible, never before seen photographs of him and Jean-Michel as well as brand new poetic sayings and collaborations, many of which he has released as limited edition prints with House of Roulx.
I was given the opportunity to send Al a few questions about his life, SAMO© and more which he kindly answered with wonderful tidbits of information and history, you can read them in full below:
