How else am I supposed to read Xiao pinning Lin to a bed followed by an immediate cut away, and him leading Lin around the countryside on a leash? There was motive and opportunity, and it's a punishment for both of them for wildly different reasons.

Lang Wu Yao/Xiao Kuang Jun - Remember, Xiao was the one to "discover" Lang and was his first patron at the Xi You court. Make what you will of this.

Lang Wu Yao/Chao Feng - Adding sex to their canon relationship would change almost nothing, but since when has the yandere murder princess ever cared about ethics and boundaries?

The heart wants what it wants, even if its desire is to gravitate towards an incredibly small fandom and ships with two fics on ao3, but if I have to choose between being mainstream and being happy, I'm choosing happiness every single time.

So, hello! I'm Mushroom, I'm an artist of sorts and I've loved W.I.T.C.H since I was like six years old. I rewatched the show recently, fell in love with it all over again and now I want to finish reading the comics, since I stopped when I ran out of issues translated to spanish. Thankfully all of those english classes paid off eventually and I can now use my newfound skills the way my parents and teachers intended: reading comics and fanfic. I am so so so happy to see this fandom isn't dead, and I can't wait to join in on the fun, write and draw and create and take a little bit of refuge from university life in my childhood comfort characters.

My favorite characters are Hay Lin and Taranee, I just find them adorable, but I really adore all five of the girls. I'm also a huge lesbian, and my little shipping brain can't help but apply a generous layer of gayness to the girls whenever I think of them, though I'm not sure if I have any one prefered ship (Will x Taranee is one I really love), so I kind of default to polyship all of them together. They're all soulmates in my heart.

Irma - absolute comphet at first until she realizes 'fuck I'm gay'. Don't have a proper endgame outside of 'why does Corny get so many love interests?!'

Taranee - I know they're not endgame in the comics, but I did like Nigel. Miiiiiiiight think about flipping his gender though? Could make things interesting!

Cornelia - "Gee, Cornelia! Why does your writer give you so many love interests?!". No but seriously. We have her and Caleb(though both comic and cartoon have Problems™), then her and Peter were cute in the time they had. Obvs her and Irma are the 'bickering married couple'. And Cornelia/Elyon gives me that delicious 'friends to enemies to lovers' dynamic.

Hay Lin - Gonna be honest: I /barely/ remember that she had a love interest in the show. I guess Eric is fine but really I'm either gonna flesh him out or just make up someone new.

Last week we reached side couple supremacy once again with Vincent Liang and Lin Wynn. Bo-wei and Hai Yi are getting closer and Hai Yi starts to realize that Johnny is telling the truth. Also, Bo-wei met one of Johnny's friends, and this is causing so many ethical issues for me, because what about actual Johnny??? We left with Lin Wynn being locked in a freezer, and me wanting to send everyone to jail.

They got my man Vincent in tears because he thought he was going to lose the person he loves before he could express and receive these feelings. Where are these bullies? They need to be dealt with.

So I was thinking about something. One of the things that made me realize that I am aroace is that there's no general types of favourite characters I have. Some are the youngest sibling that become the younger sibling of every other older kid they meet, others are older siblings that will take younger siblings among the rest of the cast, some are dads who adopt other cast members, others are complete loners. So if they all made a town together, it'll be this huge mess of different personalities clashing together. They all look extremely different so I have no "type" that I especially like, be it with design or personality really (making myself-sim in sims 2 a pain), just a bunch of weirdos showing the different ways of life.

Even so, despite not liking his dirty jokes, is Gintoki Sakata from Gintama among my favorites despite being extremely different from myself in many aspects (I don't drink, gamble, dirty jokes annoy me but I can ignore them, and I hate attention) is he also one to take others under his wings, knows when to be serious, is creative, and judged for being different. But ever since I started reading it, Irma Lair in W.i.t.c.h. has gone on my nerves. Thinking about it, she's in some ways a young girl version of Gintoki. So why do I adore one but despite the other?

I know Irma is popular especially early on does she bring in some much needed comic relief, she's my favourite author's favourite character, so why... Does she piss me off? Only thing I can think of... Is how boy crazy she is. I'm not saying it's wrong to be, feel free to to be crazy about your crushes, it's just not for me. But... It was expected of me. From a cousin's uncle harassing me at dinner parties coming with names had possibly could belong to my supposed "secret boyfriend", how an aunt shipped me with her neighbours (both the same age and much older 🤢), how nearly every adult (people who have been adults my entire life) expect me find one. Irma represents everything I hate about this feminine body (I think I'm agender as I don't feel strongly towards gender at all and would be happier without any of the "characteristics"), excepted to wanting guys to give me attention, be funny when it's expected of me, offer my body to the world (she went to parties in her guardian form for attention), spending hours in the bathroom and telephone like a stereotype from the 90s, always joking about anything and everything, lusting after older guys even much older so I thought it was the norm... While I still do not like her.. Do I feel a little bad about disliking her over people's expectations of me...

If you wonder, although probably not, my favorite W.i.t.c.h. character is Will, but her boy Matt-troubles were always the sides of her i liked the least..! After will there's Taranee, Orube, Hay Lin, Elyon, and Cornelia, in that order.

WHAT IS YOUR OTP FOR YOUR CHARACTER(S)?

Hm. Well. I don't really feel like it's 'right' to choose a OTP from the things I write with other people, because those moments where we do get to a ship, I usually loooooove it a lot and there's no way I can choose a favourite of those.

I think I can name Wildfire with @aerokinesiiss Hay Lin, though, because I do find myself kinda defaulting to it being a thing - they are very adorable together and it was so amazing to write their first meeting and then all the other things we did; I love them a lot! -- I do have one or two other (potential) ships going on on Wildfire too and those are great too! I don't wanna say I don't value those, please don't think that!

Bc I'm always feeling him a lot and I miss our things let me make one more exception and mention that I absolutely very much love the connection Moonshot has - or more like will have if/when/once we do continue our thread/s some time - with the wonderful @wafflesandbuttkicking Steph! HOW LARGE DOES THE AGE GAP HAVE TO BE TO MAKE IT UNCOMFORTABLE?

I'm not sure. Like, taken in account other, like, species or whatever, that would age in a different way of time or something? Plus how, for example, the ages I list on my muse-pages are a rough estimate of some point during the main happenings or something, I feel it's difficult to really put a number to this. (Another thing, I usually just kinda 'assume' our muses are of a close-ish age when interacting with other 'young heroes' for example, as long as we haven't actually discussed like that someone is of a later generation than the other or something)

I honestly rarely pay age that much mind, I think I'm different from most people in how much I care (or, not, in this case) about the number. I kinda more go with a rough feeling of, idk, area of age or something? Like, very rough examples would be 'child', 'teen', 'young adult', 'adult' and 'older' - probably not actually the lines I'd define but, just to try to explain how I think about ages.

It... needs to feel like they are similar-ish in age is all, I think? I don't know.

HOW FAR DO STEAMY MOMENTS HAVE TO GO BEFORE THEY ARE CONSIDERED NSFW?

Uh... I have no idea - again. I would say probably when things are about to get undressed, but then again, I think I've had things there before that were still okay. Depends I guess - let's just say if we do something into that direction, I'll let you know when I can't keep going any further (aka that we then fade or like, if you want, you can write out the scene for both characters or something).

ARE YOU SELECTIVE WHEN SHIPPING? For what concerns romantic shipping?

It's probably obvious that the muses need to mesh well together? It needs to feel right, which, again, is a very vague thing to say, I know. If you come to ask me about shipping with muses that haven't interacted so far, the answer is probably at max a 'yeah we can try', because I can absolutely not predict before interactions. When we did have some interactions with the muses, I think I usually am able to answer.

So... somewhat selective, I guess? Idk.

WHO ARE OTHER CHARACTERS YOU SHIP YOUR CHARACTER WITH?

Again, I don't really wanna choose, I don't wanna pick favourites over the things I do have. For the sake of answering something here, I'll try to name at least something - don't think I don't like our ship if I don't mention you here though!

I really like Blackfire's thing with Vergil @darksonofsparda, I've never expected to be able to write a ship with Nega!Star but did just that (well, more or less at least) with Nega!BB @inncrbcast, and I especially enjoyed the little bits of Robstar I got to write with the by-now-deactivated formerwonder!

DOES ONE HAVE TO ASK TO SHIP WITH YOU?

I mean, I think there are rare times where it just develops? Most of the times though, asking would be good, because sometimes I'm kinda blind to these things and assume everything to be a friendship.

I think I'm usually very easily swooned by a ship - as for going for them, I'd say more ship more-or-less though? Like I said, I often just take something as friendship and don't even realize the potential shippyness, so yeah.

Do I even have a current Fandom? I did name Robstar already, and honestly, I can't think of anything else really.

It's probably especially easy to achieve it with characters of mine that aren't Starfire or Blackfire, but well, just, by writing, I guess? Have our characters interact and click together, and we're on a good way probably.
