Something we've been working on for a client - Hawkeye's quiver from Avengers Age of Ultron. This has been ongoing project over the course of a few months, using various materials and techniques. Still not 100% finished but we are super proud of the results ❤ thus far. . The quiver base is 3D printed which was repeatedly sanded smooth and then covered with a layer of carbon fibre thermal vinyl. The detail layer over the top we used @poly.props 2mm CF100 foam which was textured and sealed with their Hexflex paint in black and then Valour spray over the top. The bar in between to connect all the pieces is plastic trunking sprayed black and silver - which when finished will have a single arrow in the middle with a tip. . The arrows in the quiver are for show and fixed in place. We made them from wooden dowels painted, the arrow flights we used 5mm CF100 foam and then sealed with Hexflex paint and Valour spray. .
