First; iknow hes a pervert but HE DID WHAT--- AKDBLAJSK.

Second; he should be in ily but also shut the fuck up bc i h8 him but i like love too but its the same case as daikoku (i got distracted and put them in cute accidentaly aaA).

Third; I said, its my toptier list, some characters i like them for their designs, some dialogues or even their voice actors, not about their personalities or what have they done in the story. I like Hogen because i saw his SQ on Youtube and i found him funny (and i like him for his relationship with toji as teacher-student).
