criteria:

first kiss as a whole (if the first kiss we see isn't the couple's first, it doesn't count)

first kiss is defined the first time their lips touched

hug happens shortly before the kiss (even if there are words and other gestures exchanged in between)

not a dream or fantasy sequence but flashbacks are okay

pulling in for a kiss doesn't count as a hug (A Tale of Thousand Stars, UWMA)
