i LOVE pretentious framing in movies and shows. i do not CARE what its trying to 'convey', i do not care if its conveying anything at all. it looks PRETTY and INTENTIONAL. i legitimately love intentional and determined sets and costumes and dialogue that is SUPPOSED to look fake. it can tie into the themes or say something important or blah blah blah, i dont give a shit, it looks really REALLY cool. its like its stylized or something but really it just looks fucking cool i fucking love it i think it looks so cool and refreshing. it doesnt even matter the genre ill eat it up every time.

#ive seen every wes anderson movie i could find without having to get another subscription and i legit couldnt tell you any of their themes #i just think they look really cool and cant stop rewatching them #fanastic mr fox woah he sure is fantastic or whatever so are the visuals though #i may be shallow for this but i dont even care #i fucking love it so much i wish my life could look like that #have you guys even seen those modern day recreations of 1960s scifi?? its so cool man i cant even #very specific genre but its always visually astounding #i want to be a director purely to fuck with that you know
