like i cannot fucking distinguish any british accent from another. you all sound the absolute same. but scots IS distinct and sounds nothing like British. like literally no american makes fun of scots except in the jokingly friendly way like nobody is genuinely insulting scots and NO ONE is lumping scots in with British
